We did not have restaurant in our accomodation, so we used the restaurant of Sirkantähti. It was just after Juhannus, so the restaurant was relatively empty. The staff was polite and helpful, both in the evening/dinner and in the morning/breakfast. Food was nothing special, normal Finnish restaurant quality, both evening and morning. If you need just something to eat, nothing... More

We stayed in a studio apartment with 4 single-beds and kitchenette for 5 nights. Quite cozy for the kids. We could warm up in the private sauna after outdoors activities, and the drying machine was so convenient to dry the ski outfits. Hotel is within walk distance to the Levi Ski Resort, stores and restaurants. Lapland Safaris has an office... More

Stayed here for 5 nights. The room was lovely - private sauna and a drying cabinet for wet clothes when returning from tobogganing ! The hotel restaurant had a fantastic range of Finnish food as well as some English food, mainly for the children. Reindeer pate, traditional soup, lots of fresh bread and butter, salads, fresh fish, raw fish (!),... More

Located just across from the main village, this hotel offered good food in an inviting setting. Rooms were simple but had everything that you needed. During our 5 night stay the staff only came by to clean 3 times. Would have liked to see them daily. Had trouble getting the sauna to work but it was probably my technical failure!... More

Just stayed here for a long weekend. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The rooms are clean and adequate. The beds are barely adequate, a 1 inch thick cotton mat on a boxsprings type thing. Nothing stays tucked in. The bathroom was very nice, with a shower with great water pressure and a small sauna. A pleasant petition... More

Booked a Full Board package for 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids) through Cosmos shortly before Christmas. To review Cosmos on here would not be appropriate, but the Levistar apartments form part of the Sirkantahti hotel which is about 2 minutes walk away on the other side of the road. The way the tour guide described it, it... More

Stayed HB 4 nights through Thomson. Clean, warm comfy room & sauna. Great staff, hospitable and friendly ... couldn't be more helpful. Good choice of foods for our tastes, and plentiful too. On all tours as pickup point. Ideal for shops, restaurants and skiing. Lapland Safari (clothing change & snowmobiles tours) are onsite too. I'd stay again, no worries.

We stayed here with two children on a Thomson three day package. The hotel was good- clean, warm and comfortable- lovely to have a sauna! We thought the food in the restaurant was good- fresh and a reasonable variety- the freshly baked bread was to die for! The scenery is beautiful and the children loved playing on all the sledges... We stayed at the Levistar Apartments within the Hotel Sirkantahti in Levi as part of a 4 day trip to Lapland on the Ready Steady Snow package on offer with Monarch Holidays. The flights with Titan Airways were good and ontime and the pick up and transfer to Levi is good only a short 20min trip from Kittila airport which... More

Had a good three night stay at this hotel over Christmas (24-27 Dec) The food was okay and the rooms were clean ish but very dusty. There were few staff on the day we arrived and much as I know it was Christmas if you have a winter holiday resort hotel, wouldn't you pay people double pay or similar to... More
