As a businessman I have stopped many times at this hotel and watched it improve over the years. Accomodation is clean and good, rooms are comfortable and the staff polite. It has a good business centre but only two computers, but good ones! I have never had to wait to use them There are two good restuarants but for businessmen...

Stayed 3 nights with my husband. The public areas are fine, particularly the lobby bar which is quiet and has a good view of the street and the foyer. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the location was fine. TV with BBC and CNN and free internet in the room. There is a spa with a good-sized indoor swimming pool...

Very popular hotel, good value, often full. Good location. Rooms a bit dated and could do with a refurb. Avoid breakfast. Excellent value spa, scrub and steam.

Stayed one night in Zibo Hotel on a business trip to China. The hotel is large and has decent facilities and service. My room had large very firm bed, plasma TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a mineral water butt as the local water is unsafe to drink. The bathroom was well equipped and clean but a little tired...
