Refernce your report on your Endang room at Rimba. We will look into your comments and thank you for your support. One of our tours is combined klotok and lodge which may be more appropriate.

We stayed at Rimba Lodge and took the 4 days 3 nights package. They picked us up at the airport and transferred to the boat, Rimba King which is so comfortable. We saw a wild orangutan on the way to the lodge. That was just the beginning. Every experience was great. Mr Hakim is fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, and funny....

Thank you for your review on your experience with us at the Rimba. We especially thank you for your comments on our guides Ucok Hakim and Aris and our new boat the "Rimba King". Ecolodges Indonesia only employs local people as a specific conservation measure. Ucok is our Chief Guide at this lodge and thank you for all your support.

Just returned from another amazing holiday at the Rimba Lodge – for the 4th time over 11 years. Our room was lovely with a kettle and drinking water supplied. All the food was very good – especially as I’m a vegetarian. Our incredible tour guide, Hakim, was very aware of many aspects of wildlife. We visited Camp Leakey and other...

If you wish to visit the orang-utans and stay overnight, there are 3 accommodation options. 'Live a board' river boats, a homestay and the Rimba Eco lodge. The Lodge is the least adventurous option but as you are in the jungle you should also adjust your expectations accordingly. Accommodation is basic but perfectly functional. Our room was an 'emerald room'...

We were 3 couples with 2 babies (6.5 & 8 months), we booked the 4D/3N Rimba tour with lodge stay in instead of sleeping in the klotok. Nice eco lodge lost in the jungle, very friendly staff, good indonesian food, the rooms met our expectation even with a babies. We appreciated the lodge is powered by solar energy and enjoyed...

Good place to stay if you don't want to stay on the boats. But my advise is to stay on the boats also. Rustic rooms and boardwalks. Comfortable with AC, clean, good food at reasonable prices considering where the lodge is situated. Short walk to the village for some interaction with the locals. They have boats and can organise trips...

In July of 2016 we stayed with the Rimba Eco Lodge for a 4day/3 night stay, after spending four nights at Flora Homestay just down the river. We are very pleased that we had did both for a comparative Borneo jungle experience. Both places are treasures, and give a complimentary perspective. The lodge was our home by night and the...

Our time at the Rimba Ecolodge was truly special, as we felt so lucky to have the experience of getting so close to the Orangutans at a time when their forests are in jeopardy. Our captain, chef on our river boat, and our tour guide, Ohan, went out of their way to make our time on the river boat and...

Thank you for your comments. Your comments re our food will be studied regarding the amount and variation. We should advertise more that we can cook western style food but we do specialise in local food dishes. Thank you for your support and your comment we are in the right direction; assume you mean environmentally.
