This place is amazing! Their customer service is spectacular, the staff is so helpful and nice. The food is fantastic, we didn't have a single thing we didn't like. The parking lot is gated and safe. We will certainly be back here!

To set the record straight, this is not a fancy hotel. It also costs only $45/night. It is clean, quiet, and secure. The staff is excellent, friendly and wants to please. After they cleaned my room I found a €20 note on the dresser which I must have dropped somewhere in the room. You can’t drink the water from the sink but you are provided with bottled water. The room had a pot for heating water and coffee, tea, and drinking chocolate are provided. The breakfast was nothing fancy but was substantial. When I had a problem with the wireless they installed a booster in my room, problem solved. I spent more for one night in Nairobi at the Four Points Sheraton than for five nights at the Gracemont. Fives stars for the excellent value.

A good place to escape the evening Eldoret traffic, enjoy the fire and a hot cup of 'dawa' in the company of collegues or to hold an exclusive meeting. May not be ideal for honeymoon due to the cozy but smaller quarters, but a great place to stop over the course of a tiresome journey.

Clean, comfortable, local, but not far from "home"! Attentive staff, wonderful dining options. Comfortable grounds and surroundings. A wonderful home away from home! I have stayed here about 10 times and have always enjoyed the staff and the rooms. I've stayed in every one of the bungalows and the main house rooms. These folks have become like family!

用餐品質佳，整體環境很好，沒有蚊子，Wifi訊號強，住在偏遠的4號也收得到。 早上會有一種鳥，一次出現兩隻，用hahaha的叫聲叫我們起床，嘴巴很長，每次聽到都想笑。 服務非常友善親切，會主動幫忙提行李、每天都有滿面笑容的女士來詢問是否需更換毛巾、補充瓶裝水之類的，每次談話都很開心！ 屋況普通，房間門要盡全力撞兩下才打得開，浴室的門鎖消失了，只剩下兩個洞，非常不方便，建議飯店可以先裝新的浴室門鎖。
