I had a wonderful 3day break with the hosts of The Queens. There were 3 single beds (I only needed one, but noted for future reference), massive TV and cosy sofa, dinning table, small kitchenette and no carpet was graet for a muddy mountain biker and a dog. Only advice I would give is to pack some slippers as I...

Have stayed at The Queens numerous times, as we visit family in Abergywnfi. Denise and Alan are always welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Clean rooms (and have slept in them all - apart from the single room), comfy beds and brilliant breakfast.

Can't say enough about this place. We were supposed to stay a few months back but an accident the day before prevented us attending. Even though it was too late to cancel, they kept our reservation for a couple of months and we returned last week at no extra charge. Clean, friendly, ideal location for biking and would highly recommend.

We stayed for a night visiting friends in the area, staying in a family room. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room really well decorated and the breakfast perfect in the morning. The owners were really warm and friendly, the beds very comfortable and we could come and go as we pleased (which was useful as we came back quite...
