Leysdown-on-Sea is a coastal village on the east side of the Isle of Sheppey. It is a traditional seaside town filled with many local shops, fish and chip restaurants and a variety of amusements. Our touring park is located less than half a mile away from the hustle and bustle of Leysdown and is surrounded by coastal parks and Priory Hill holiday homes. Our touring park offers coastal views from many of our pitches. All of our pitches are grass and majority of them offer a 10 amp electricity supply. We are a family and dog friendly holiday park, so whether you like relaxing down the beach with your children or long walks with your dog you will find it all right here. On the island you can find many beaches some of which have been awarded a blue flag

This caravan and camping park on the Isle of Sheepy is our default camp site. If we want a weekend away with or without the children this is the place to pitch up. Toilets and showers are very well maintained. Campsite staff are very friendly with a special shout out to Elenor in the site office who has been very helpful with booking changes and bookings in general. First class camp site with a great club house and if you don't want to cook great food at a very sensible price. Keep up the grest work. We are back at the end of the month to celebrate the Queens Jubilee.

We just spent 5 fantastic days at the Priory Hill campsite. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly and attentive Eleanor who quickly explained everything to us and showed us to our pitches. The area is kept very clean and pitches are of a very good size, enough to keep your car, tent and gazebo. Electricity is available on the pitch, so no messing about with foot pumps to inflate mattresses. Toilets and showers are cleaned regularly and are new with hot water readily available. The entertainment is great for kids and the indoor pool, although a bit small, is a great addition for rainy days. The beach is 2 minutes walk from the campsite, just across the road. They have a small, convenient store which sells freshly baked bread and ice amongst other essentials. The staff are very friendly and efficient, we dealt mainly with Eleanor and she was brilliant. A great place, well done.

We stayed in the camping side of this site and it was fantastic!! There's a lovely lady that comes and cleans all the shower rooms and toilets 3/4 times a day! The staff in the shop are friendly and the staff are always happy to answer any questions. It's fantastically close to the leysdown strip for arcades, beach, pubs ect and on top of that you get entrance to the priory club house! We had fantastic entertainment every night of our stay, security are actually out and around the sites, food and drinks are great prices, and the heated pool was to die for! Our kids and ourselves loved it. We will definitely be back.

Nice site near to the beach, friendly staff. facilities were good but ongoing problem with showers/toilets that wouldn't lock properly, ok if you have someone to guard your door otherwise you're in for a fright!

We visited this park last year and after loving camping bought a bigger tent and came back. So pleased to get antibacterial wipes on arrival, pitch clear and tidy and toilets and showers were regularly checked and cleaned. Just need to improve the locking system, however leaving my flip flops outside the door seemed to help people see the cubicle was engaged. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for the beach and a short walk to leysdown for amusements, shops, cafes and also the lovely leysdown bakery, the ring doughnuts are a must! Pool was shut due to covid, however last year when we visited it was great and the garden area nice to sit in the sun where the bifold doors open out. We will defo be back next year, only a short drive for us from sittingbourne.

We have just got home after a weekend of wind and rain in our Motorhome but that’s not the parks fault, sure the grass was hard to drive out on to leave and some needed a tow I have a large Tag Axle (3 Axel) Motorhome and we needed assistance in fact while the park were getting their Tractor a lot of the other campers gave us a push and we drove out but you have to expect problems like this on grass but if it’s not for you sell your motorhome or caravan and book a hotel As for the park we were made very welcome from the start the person on reception (Eleanor) was brilliant and went beyond what anyone could expect for instance my Roadpro Satellite system could not find the satellite due to where I parked under trees (my fault) so I asked Eleanor what time the Clubhouse opened in the morning as I wanted to watch the Rugby Semi-Final she said 10am but later that day she found out it was opening earlier for the Rugby so she put herself out to come to my Motorhome at 8am in the rain to let me know (brilliant) As for the park itself really nice a great clubhouse and really friendly staff the food was also very reasonably priced and good quality the toilets were also spotless as for one of the other negative comments about having Doorman the person who wrote that must of realised the park is a stones throw from the centre of Leysdown personally I felt very safe knowing they were there should there of been any gatecrashers from the town The entertainment was great the Queen tribute band were outstanding We will definitely be returning next year hopefully more than once.

We were a little nervous about visiting this site as many years ago it was a little run down. Wow, were we amazed with the change. From initial discussions with Lucy, who would be an asset to any organisation to chatting with the daughter in law (we hope that your expected increase to the Butcher family has turned out well) of the family running the park, we could not have been made more welcome. Park and toilets were always spotless. Our 10 year old granddaughter really enjoyed the wrestling. We are eagerly waiting for your bookings to reopen for 2020 for a return bout.

Stayed over August bank Holiday site very easy to get into access road good for caravans. Reception staff very friendly, pitches all grass so ground was a bit hard when pegging awning so would suggest metal pegs if weather Has been hot. Site has a shop in reception well stocked and and does fresh pasties ect, toilet and shower block small but very clean and you use a fob to get in, wash area small but ok chemical waist is an out side toilet in its own area could do with updating as risk of splashing. Gate on entry and exit you need a fob £10 deposit so good security. You also get access to their clubhouse which has great entertainment ie football in small bar on big screen and bingo in large hall as well as bands and other entertainment. Free use of the swimming pool as well. Cafe over the road from the site very nice food. Mini 9 hole golf course next door and small play park Five to ten minutes walk to main part of Leysdown with plenty of shops amusement arcades and pubs also plenty of places to eat excellent Indian restaurant next to kebab shop. Well worth a visit

We found the site to be fairly average. A bit tired and neglected. Handy 5 minute walk into Leysdown. Our pitch was a good size but wasn't the cleanest when we arrived. The toilets/ showers are ridiculous. 1 badge per family, the badge is used to swipe you into the portacabin toilet / shower which then supposedly locks behind you for 30 mins. This means you have to travel in pairs to the bathroom if you want to keep access to the key while one of your family is showering. It also means that anyone could, and regularly did, lock all of the bathrooms for half an hour with no-one in them. Dogs were roaming free which is not okay, and which also led to poo on our pitch. No recycling facilities. No grey waste emptying for motorhomes so wouldn't suit for a long stay.
