This would be a nightmare for some. No phone signal for miles and miles, not a supermarket for about 10-12 miles (Rhayader) and a challenging drive along a single lane road for a number of miles to get there... However, for us and what we were looking for it was perfect. Who wants to be bothered by a buzzing phone...

We arrived late and found to be the only campers on the site. The view is just awesome! The river is so relaxing and inviting, you just want to dip your toes in it. Yea with the facilities being on the other side of the road you could feel segregated. However it's not that bad. The farm dogs are friendly...

On my way from Rhayader to Devil's Bridge and stumbled on this idyllic campsite next to the river. BEAUTIFUL views and the setting is fabulous. Park where you like (right next to the river) and the sheep come to say hello. First day in September and only one other campervan on site and when they left -I was all alone....

We are family of three plus the dog. We stayed here for a week in July and had wonderful time. We been welcomed by the owner on the arrival. Clare was helpful and advised about "must see places". Very relaxing. It was quiet, all we could hear was the stream, sheep and kites. Our seven years old son could spend...

this was an absolutely beautiful location in a gorgeous valley with stunning views probably the best ive seen ever but the downside was the facilities, there was 1 male & 1 female toilet & only 1 shower on the site to accommodate around 10-15 pitches, which is inadequate for that amount of people staying onsite. luckily we went in april...
