We stayed at Holly Tree House for 2 nights around mid September. The B&B is a beautiful house in a lovely, peaceful location with great outside space. On arrival we were very warmly greeted by Graham and Sharon who helped us with our bags and showed us to our room. We had the Pope Suite, which is very characterful and...

This was our 5th visit to Holly Tree B&B and we enjoyed another few days in the Suffolk countryside and coast. We stayed in the Marlowe suit with its lovely beams and charactful sloping floors. There is an enormous roll top bath and king size bed which overlooks the pretty garden. Sharon's cakes and breakfast are superb, the blueberry pancakes...

Our hosts, Sharon and Graham welcomed us with a delicious cream tea in their charming garden on arrival. This set the tone for the whole stay which was one of generous, friendly and caring hospitality. They opened their home to us and we were given every comfort. Our beamed bedroom was a joy with an incredibly big and comfortable bed....

Sharon & Graham were extremely welcoming. We were treated to tea and cakes in their garden on arrival' and throughout our visit we were treated like friends. Sharon even drove out in a heavy rain storm to try to rescue us from a severe soaking.

Excellent stay. It is a wonderful period property with bags of features. We loved the rooms with their period sloping floors, exposed beams and tasteful decor. The breakfasts were tremendous and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. A fabulous place to stay.

A spur of the moment trip to Suffolk brought us to this gem of a b & b. We were delighted with our room and bathroom with a roll top bath. Nothing is better that a morning soak gazing at the roses next to the window (and we were on the second floor). Breakfast and the welcoming cake and coffee...

This is a fabulous place to stay. Spotless and comfortable room with a superb breakfast. Best of all were the hosts Sharon and Graham who made us so welcome with nothing being too much trouble for them. There is nothing we can put here to fault our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Once again,, Sharon and Graham made our visit to Suffolk just perfect! Beautiful house. Lovely breakfast and the warmest of welcomes. Were already looking at booking our next visit! Nothing is too much trouble, even a lift to the pub so we could have a drink. A real home from home stay. Thank you to you both for your hospitality.....
