We regularly come down to Cornwall from up north. We loved staying in the cottage. Had everything we needed and was a good base for exploring Cornwall. Only thing I would say is that could do with some blinds in the bedroom. It wasn't too bad because it's dark on a night but I could imagine it being bright in... More

We've just returned from a week staying in The Stable over half term. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival, with wine, fruit and fresh eggs waiting for us - a lovely touch. The owners are very friendly, and it's an ideal choice if you have children that are old enough to... More

A wonderful place to stay. Lovely and rural but central for the north and south coast. Although we had a lot of rain, on our return to the cottage it was always warm. Hosts were very helpfull. Nice touch on arrival, flowers, eggs, bread and wine.

I should start this review by pointing out that we have been very lucky and a little spoiled with our recent holiday cottages. As the previous reviewer, we came here for our honeymoon. Arriving on a Saturday evening after a long drive down we received a very warm welcome and were shown around the cottage and left alone to unpack.... More

We stayed here hoping for a romantic getaway for our honeymoon. Getaway it certainly is. The setting is gorgeous in the lush Cornwall countryside and the cottage is lovely. Very pretty, spacious inside and well decorated. The hosts could not have been nicer. We were welcomed by a bottle of bubbly and a nice box of choccies on our bed.... More

On arrival at our cottage, we were quite simply amazed. The location is stunning, beautiful peaceful and so picturesque! (Little hint - do not follow your sat nav, follow the directions given on your confirmation!!!) The cottage itself was beautifully presented and the little touches like the fresh eggs and little bottles of wine were a lovely touch. The patio... More

The converted barn we stayed in was great. Perfect family accommodation and plenty of room. The kids loved staying on the farm and feeding apples to the horses. The kitchen was well appointed. Highly recommended to stay in a lovely part of the country. Andy Jones.

My husband and I, and our dog Lizzie, have just returned from a perfect stay at Brazzacott Cottages in the Stables. This cottage has an unusual arrangement with the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and the sitting room and dining kitchen on the first floor, but this arrangement really works well. The double bedroom was beautiful and the... More
