The easiest is to fly into Busuanga (in the general area of Coron via PAL, Cebu Pacific or Skyjet. Then Huma can have you picked up at the airport. The transfer from the airport involves a land trip of about 1-1/2 hours then a boat trip of about 30 minutes.
There's also a seaplane that takes off from Manila Bay area that can land almost at Huma island but it's very pricey.
