Convenient location for anyone walking the Fife Coastal Path. Good clean rooms and bathroom (good shower) and decent breakfast. Suffering with blisters after the days walking so Andy offered and dropped me off at the park n ride in the morning - much appreciated!

Had a short notice one night stay here and everything was perfect. Cleanliness and decor were of a high standard and the breakfast was outstanding. Comfortable b&b with friendly staff in close proximity to Rosyth Dockyard.
