Travellers' Choice
Whitemoss Lodge is a truly unique location! Five luxury en-suite Eco Pods are nestled on our grounds, two of which also have their own private area to the side of the pod, with a top-of-the-range hot tub and a private bbq/firepit. All of our pods offer private accommodation and uninterrupted views of the Perthshire countryside. Our dog-friendly pods also come with all of the comforts you might not expect from a pod: a comfortable king-size bed, crisp white linen and towelling, en-suite bathroom with shower, modern furnishings, mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. Your pod even includes one of our delicious breakfast baskets delivered to your door at a time of your choosing. Each Eco Pod has a private veranda where you can enjoy uninterrupted vistas of picturesque Perthshire countryside. You might spot deer, rabbits, birds of prey and definitely our neighbours who are of the 4-legged woolly variety! Our extra special hot tub pods experience their own little slice of seclusion amongst nature. In their very own space, each of the two pods enjoys the addition of a private hot tub and an outdoor barbeque/firepit and dining area. Our site also has an amazing Scandi-style bbq hut that is available to hire for the evening during your stay so you can enjoy all-year-round barbequing that the weather can't spoil! Please do contact us for further details and to book this as part of your stay with us.

Myself, my partner and our four legged friend had a wonderful two night stay at Whitemoss! Due to covid-19 restrictions, we were texted on the day of arrival to advise of what pod we would be in and the keys were in the door waiting for us. The pods are of a really high standard inside for being just a small cabin. The large en-suite was fab and the shower worked great. All amenities you could need/want were available in the pod, like a home from home. The only thing would. E that there are no cooking facilities however breakfast was delivered each morning at your chosen time with your chosen selection and this was fab! We stayed in October and the pod was lovely and cosy, heating system works great so were never cold! It’s only a short journey for Aberdour or dunning village and we enjoyed lovely walks whilst there as there’s not much else around to do (everything closed mainly due to Covid). We had a takeaway each night and the host kindly provided us with plates, cutlery etc for this which was great! We all had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return in the better weather so that our wee doggy can enjoy it more! The scenery is stunning to look out to in the morning and the pods are so comfy. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful with anything we needed.

Great wee find. In the Perth countryside about 10 min from A9 and 20 min from Perth. Lovely 'pod' room and you look out onto the fields and hills from all the rooms. Breakfast superb and a wee treat for the dog too Great quiet location if you need a break that quiet. Staff were great and only seen if you need anything. Text facility for anything you require from them. Great service Will be back.

We decided to book up and get away from the worries in the world just now. This perfect little find was so quiet and peaceful. Just a perfect getaway from start to finish. The breakfast basket was amazing!!! Defo worth a visit just for this! Spotless, clean and tidy. Room was decorated as a surprise with birthday banners and a birthday cake which was a lovely touch. Perfect peaceful getaway, just what the doctor ordered!
