We had a wonderful one night stay at The Staunton Arms last week. We had to travel near Grantham for business so it was the perfect place for an overnight stay. Julian, the host, is so lovely. He was happy to allow us an early check in and met us at the Pub to direct us personally to the accommodation and hand over the keys. I cannot recommend this place highly enough - it was perfect. We have already booked to stay again for our work trip next week.

I stayed here for two nights in October 2020 as it was conveniently placed for a business trip. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts and dinner were great and the pub has been set up to be covid safe but with minimal disruption to your visit. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. I would certainly visit again when I am in the area.

We needed somewhere to stay overnight. This is definitely a good spot to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed very good. We had chosen deal with b and b with dinner. This was very good value. All the food was very nice. Breakfast was probably one of the best we've had in a long time. Huge fruit salad, large pain au chocolat and croissant which were delicious. The full English was very nice too. A large plateful. After that we were set up for the day! All the staff were friendly and attentive while social distancing themselves. We would certainly stay there again and I would recommend it.

Very warm welcome from start which continued throughout stay. Room was more than adequate, very large double bed which was very comfortable. Bathroom large with over bath shower. WiFi excellent everywhere. Evening meal was just stunning. Excellent vegetarian options, Moroccan Cauliflower for starter and Goats Cheese bubble and squeak for main. Fantastic breakfast and good coffee sealed a 5* review
