Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We are here for the third time in a room downstairs direct at the fantastic swimmingpool, good restaurant and breakfast. The situation, just out of town is perfect and it is an imposing building. The personal is very king and helpfull.

Take a room facing the pool as most of the rooms probably are. You can order food and have it delivered to the table outside your room facing the pool. Pleasant at night time if your wanting to avoid the annoying music in the restaurant. Breakfast is good and many options.

Had a reasonable introduction at reception. Staff attentive. Our room was a fair size. One area we had difficulty with was the shower. My wife had a cold shower I pressed a few buttons ( not sure what order) to get a hot shower. This could easily be rectified by instructions in English. Luckliy we got into the restaurant before another cycling group of about 20 arrived. We had no problems ordering food and it arrived in reasonable time, however, other members of our group and the aforementioned had difficulty. Starters arriving after main course, food having to be reordered. This left several people feeling frustrated as well as starving. Breakfast the next morning was better organised. Buffet was laid out and easily accessed. There was a reasonable variety of both S.E. Asian and Western foods. Staff were pleasant and polite. Rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. I would not hesitate in visiting this hotel again. I would like to stay longer to sample some of the facilities. One of the problems of being on a cycle tour is that you tend to arrive late and leave early so don't get the opportunity to use all the hotels facilities.

This hotel has a lavish reception but the interior needs a little updating. Our first room was reasonable comfortable but the air conditioning did not work, which was urgently required due to the oppressive heat. However, the staff immediately tried to rectify the problem. We were offered a second room without hesitation. Several of our group eat at the hotel restaurant that evening and we all had excellent food. The breakfast buffet the following morning was perfectly pleasant, with very charming and attentive staff. Please be aware that this hotel does not appear to have a lift and many of the rooms are on the first floor or above.

I got a warm welcome from hotel staff and had a room with the front view on the second floor. Big swimming pool and wider parking lot. The Rachawadee Restaurant provides with delicious Thai and and western dishes but I love Thai food with original taste from the kitchen.

We took the bus from Bangkok and easily booked our room during our ride there. Since it’s low season we didn’t worry so much for rooms. We booked this hotel based on the pool and food reviews. Once we arrived the staff was very welcoming. We had no troubles with communication. Our room was standard on the pool side. They have the WiFi username and password next to the door once inside your room. I like this, easy to find and setup! Our dinner was spot on. The dishes were small plates which made us very happy. We weren’t interested in large portions this late at night. The cocktails were made extremely well. Our breakfast was just as good. They offer western style as well as Asian breakfast. We had one of each and loved it all. The pool is spacious and the temperature was relaxing. We had everything to ourselves. When we checked we asked for a tuk tuk and within 5 minutes the staff arranged for one out front.

The staff do not speak very much English to the point where they could not do /organise anything for you. This made our stay very annoying. The hotel room was very nice, the beds were comfy, the pool was great. We picked this hotel because hubby wanted a buffet breakfast and I wanted a nice pool as was advertised. The pool was great. Breakfast disappointing. The breakfast on the first day was order from the menu only and as there was no English speaking staff we could not find out why. On the second day they had buffet breakfast. We worked it out that if they don’t have enough customers they don’t do buffet. I read from other reviews there was shops nearby to buy food . No there is only a very expensive 7/11 across the road and a couple of street food stalls. Just down the road is a pub/bar that serves food which was ok and the cook speaks English. Yeah.
