Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We paid about $22 for a night in this bungalow. It’s about 5 km from the Thai-Cambodia boarder and is a good, inexpensive choice for and over night. At first they placed us in a couple of double rooms (for three of us), but the rooms were very basic and not worth the $11 each. The reception switched us (after my wife was handed the phone to explain to someone who spoke English) to a bungalow that was much better. Free bottled water. Good a/c in the room. Nice hot shower water pressure. It’s a few km from downtown Aranyaprathet, so you’re best off taking a Tuk Tuk into town.

We stayed overnight before border crossing. Room is great, big and clean. Windows has a dark film so you can enjoy beautiful garden without closing your curtains. Only thing is, there are two power outlets, one for TV and one for refrigerator. It would be nice to have at least one more.

We are bike packing and arrived in the town looking for a one night stay. The owner had minimal English but super friendly and helpful. We took the 400b room with aircon but no fridge (500b with fridge) but without a doubt this would be one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in during our past 12 years of Asian travels. Sheets, towels, bathroom all fantastic and exceptionally clean. Little place across the road and left sells beers and little place across the road and right sells cheap local eats. Directly across the road a bit more upmarket and over priced eats and drinks. We had a lovely outdoor seating area and lovely garden surroundings. Nice to be out of the main centre and super relaxing. Had a great one night stay and highly recommend.

Good value for money. AC, Fridge, Fl.TV, WiFi works well. Bathroom facilities are basic, open shower with curtain, hot water and good towels, complementary toiletries. Well appointed spacious room, comfortable bed, soft mattress , clean linen, duvet and pillow covers. There is a small desk as well as a seating area, should you choose to eat in the room. The bungalows are well maintained, very clean. Quite location, good nights sleep. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We had booked a bungalow with fridge, but on arrival that wasn't going to happen due to a Booking.com error. The staff took a photo of my paid booking and five minutes later we had the right room. Friendly and efficient. I would gladly stay here again. PS: there is a safe place for your bicycle. There is a restaurant across the street, small basic menu, well priced and the food was really good. The picture show the first Bungalow, but the second was just as well appointed. The gardens are just beautiful.

Stayed here one night before border crossing. Although receptionist had no English she was very smiley! A lot of mosquitoes and other bugs in room behind curtains etc. take your own spray and you'll be fine. Lovely ladies across the road helped order tuktuk for 100 baht ride to border in morning. Also very nice meal there. Lovely gardens at accommodation . Ok cheap rate for one night. 300baht

- the bed sheet was not replaced. - there were food particles and ants were all over the bed. - wifi password was not working. - needs maintenance. The only reason why we chose this because it was the cheapest we could find.

If you need to stay in the border town this exceeded our expectations for 300 baht a night with air con. Big room and bathroom. Cold drinking water. We walked from the station which took maybe 20 mins, very friendly local food and drink across the road, although a bit far from town if that's your thing. Cheap tuktuk s from station ad to border.

300b a night, double room, en suite, AC and TV. This is a great spot to stay for a night on your way to Cambodia from Thailand. There is nothing to see here but (like us and several others) you get the train here from Bangkok and miss the crossing time of 8pm, stay here. It's quiet, there's food and beer just over the road and a comfy bed. A quick tuk tuk ride from the station and to the border.
