We have just returned from a lovely week at Hollybrook lodges, we stayed in the Holly lodge it was absolutely beautiful
We always go away for Christmas to log cabins and it was our first time at these ones, I can honestly say they have made it to the top of our list I can’t fault them, very spacious throughout and were equipped with everything we needed with extra comforts such as Netflix and WiFi!
There was a lovely big Xmas tree there ready for us, we normally put our own up but didn’t need to so be that was nice
The little welcome pack was nice with Prosecco, tea, coffee, crisps and toffees
The view whilst sitting in the hot tub is stunning looking over fields and very private.
Our friends had also booked the lodge next door Elm and that was equally as lovely

The owners Pam and Pete are lovely, from the very start before we even arrived we had a few questions regarding the Covid/tier situation and they were extremely helpful. They were there to greet us and show us around explaining everything, Pete came daily to test the hot tub and was always around to say hello
Overall it is a lovely site they have done an amazing job and should be very proud

If I had to say anything at all the bathrooms could do with something to put toiletries on eg toothbrushes/paste (that’s not a complaint as it’s only minor but just a tip)

Thank you for an amazing time and we will see you next Christmas (yes we have booked again)

Stayed at Hollybrook lodges in October and it was the perfect long weekend. We stayed in Rowan lodge and it had everything you needed, really modern and spacious and very clean. The owners are lovely and give lots of good recommendations for local food and drink, and even leave a little arrival hamper which was a lovely touch! Location is good too, as it’s nice and peaceful, but not too far for a walk into the town or a short drive into York, all lodges are very well hidden from each other so always felt like had plenty of privacy when in the hot tub or outside area, would definitely visit again.

Hi Megan, great review, thank you! Rowan is rather nice isn't it, we are quite proud of how it turned out in the end (that's another story). Sadly, since you were here, our fave place to eat - The New Inn - has closed down. Such a shame. There are still good takeaways though and some other good restaurants. Look forward to your next visit.

Fantastic location and wonderful hosts making us feel very welcome. We stayed in Sycamore and could not find a single fault. Even though it was cold outside the lodge was lovely and cosy. Absolutely spotless and very elegantly decorated with great attention to detail and high quality fittings. Highly highly recommend, if I could I would give 6 stars...Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Spent 4 days at Hollybrook Lodges and the only complaint is that I only wish we had booked for longer. The park is quiet and tranquil, the lodge itself was spotless and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

The Wife and I have been to many Hot Tub lodges over the past 10 years, and we both agree this was our most favourite of them all.
We stayed in the pine lodge, which has to be said is one of the most well equiped ever. Not to big but not to small. Probably the most comfiest bed ever and s super king size to boot. Both of us could starfish in there and still have plenty of room. Lots of wardrobe and cupboard space. Loved the walk in shower and corner bath. The full lodge feels very modern.
The grounds are beautiful and quiet all well maintained by the lovely hosts Pam and Pete who were incredibly welcoming especially with a nice bottle of prossecco on arrival mixed in with the other crisps and bickies left in the welcome basket.
The location is close enough to the beautiful market town of Easingwold. There is two supermarkets for any emergency left at home items there plus a few cracking pubs. We really enjoyed it in The Commercial in market place. Cracking atmosphere and cracking food freshly cooked to order.
Only nitpicking thing is the 5 o clock check in and 9 am check out as we would definately want to return wr want more time on this fantastic site.

Craig what a tremendous review!! Thank you :) We hope you return soon to do some more starfishing (that really made us laugh!). It was nice to meet you both and we are so pleased you have voted Pine your fave log cabin. We had our first Sunday carvery lunch at The Commercial last weekend and it was indeed cracking. When you return get in touch with us before your stay so we can book you in for an early check in and late check out (small charge but guests say its well worth it).

We stayed in the chestnut lodge on this small and secluded park. We were greeted by Pam on arrival who was lovely. We were a little early but luckily everything was ready for us. The lodge was so much more than we expected, it was so roomy and had everything you needed. The decking area outside was also very generous. We stayed for 4nights and although there seemed to be occupants in all of the lodges you wouldn’t have known! So private and peaceful this was a real plus for us having stayed recently at a park that had very rowdy neighbours! The park is a credit to both Pam and Pete, Pete came everyday to check and refill the hot tub, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning again for some well needed R&R.
Thank you for a lovely stay!!

For my 60th birthday my wife and I booked a Mon to Fri stay in one of the Hollybrook Lodges near Easingwold , the Sycamore Lodge.

On arrival we were met by Pam and Pete the lodge owners , who made us feel at home straight away .
They were very helpful and informative , the lodge was immaculately clean and tidy , with a welcome pack being a nice treat. We wanted for nothing.

We made use of the lodges Hot Tub straight away , which just added to this perfect stay.
This location is ideal for the quite get away and is very private , with the entrance having a security gate. It’s an ideal base for visiting neighbouring York , Ripon , Thirsk etc.
We visited the nearby town of Easingwold , which has take aways , pubs and coffee shops.

We highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again.

Many Thanks Pam and Pete.

Just returned from a week in Hollybrook Lodges, wish we could have stayed longer!
We received a great welcome from the owners and felt at home from the moment of arrival to our day of departure.
The site was well manicured, quiet, relaxing and just a 20 minute walk from the town of Easingwold with several good pubs and takeaways.
A short stroll offered incredible sunsets, rabbits and squirrels, take a camera!
The lodge itself was spotless and catered for all our needs with everything we could ask for, including a welcome pack with a bottle of Prosecco!
The hot tub was well maintained and secluded, and a great way to unwind after a hard day's touring. There were also a couple of baskets of dvd's to watch instead of one-two chilly nights outside on the patio.
We were very lucky to be blessed with great weather for the duration of our stay and toured around. Would recommend a visit to the Ribblehead Viaduct, Grassington, Skipton and Staithes. Whilst we visited Bolton Abbey and enjoyed, we found more impressive ruins nearby in Byland Abbey, the latter having the advantage of being free, especially early evening.
It must also be said, we felt safe within our lodge due to the rules on Covid and took care to honour them.
All in all, a brilliant stay in a great park which the owners can be proud of and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Wow thank you for this superb review! Much appreciated. You certainly visited a good number or locations during your week - we agree with you regards Byland Abbey, it is lovely. Staithes is also a favourite coastal resort for us, quieter than Whitby but with its own unique charm. Still lots of places left for you to visit though, should you ever decide to come and stay at Hollybrook again :)

Pam n Pete were superb hosts from arrival to departure.
The site was very quiet, very clean and very reasonably priced.
The location and facilities locally and within the Lodges were just what we needed to be able to do as much or as little as our mood took us each day.
Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook a full roast meal, curry meals and i even cooked a very successful Beef Wellington.
The local village, just a short walk away, is well stocked with local butchers and supermarkets so next time we wouldn't carry all our own food to the lodge. The village also has many eating venues so maybe not even cook at the lodge.
The Hot Tub was clean and a delight for a late night soak under the stars.
Thank you Pam n Pete for an excellent relaxing, covid safe stay.

Thank you for taking the time to write this great review. Beef Wellington sounds amazing!! The meat from our local butchers is superb, as are the pies and other foodstuffs. The Friday market has a wonderful selection of foods on offer too. But as you say, with the fabulous choice of eating places in and around Easingwold you could eat out every night :) Hope to welcome you back here again soon.

Stayed her with my fiancée for 3 nights at the end of September, after a long drive from Gloucester, we found the site, which was perfectly secluded and peaceful.

Pete and Pam were incredibly friendly, down to earth and genuinely cared about your stay with them. The cabin was immaculate, and a real treat. Whilst we were only here for 3 nights, we could've stayed a week or so, it was absolutely gorgeous!

Had everything you needed, even a welcome pack which really is the cherry on the cake. The hot tub was lovely, could've been slightly warmer, but maybe that's down to personal preference. Felt very secluded, and would absolutely love to stay here again and try out a different cabin next time.

Possibly the best hosts I've ever stayed with. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, then this is absolutely perfect. York is about a 15 min drive or so away, but highly recommend using the park and ride!

Thanks for such a lovely stay!

Thanks for such a lovely review Ricky! We were sorry to read you would have liked your hot tub a little warmer, we so wish you had said straight away as we could have come and turned the temperature up for you. They are all pre-set to 38 degrees but we can alter them up or down. We really would love to welcome you back to Hollybrook to try out another lodge some time - maybe Pine or our brand new lodge Ash, both for couples and both with super king size beds and of course private hot tubs :)

Yes I think you can. However it is probably best to just ask the owners; they are really friendly and easy going, I am sure it wouldn't be a problem!
