Just returned from a long weekend and was just as lovely as our first visit. Warm welcome, lovely well equipped lodge and really enjoyed the relaxing, calm atmosphere of the park. Was so nice to relax in the private hot tub and I just wish the time hadn't gone so fast. Not long until our next visit 😃 Would definitely recommend

Absolutely loved our stay at Hollybrook Lodges. The lodge itself was spotless and great value for money. It had all the mod cons and we made the most of the hot tub every night. Pam and Pete were fantastic hosts. Their welcome was very warm and they continued to look after us throughout our stay. It was obvious how hard working they are and how proud they are of their business. The location is perfect for days out and offers a variety of forest, coast, York and loads of beautiful villages and walks in the North York Moors. Couldn't fault our stay, just a shame the weather wasn't always on our side.

Booked a Monday to Friday stay in Holly lodge. This lodge was up there with the best we have stayed in and will definitely visit again. Modern spacious lodge, with great outdoor space, which is also very private. Great hot tub to help get rid of the work stress, and put you in full holiday mode. Owners very friendly and nothing too much for them, we don’t like to be bothered while we are away, and the owners certainly didn’t bother us, polite and friendly when we saw them, and always available if we had any problems..... which we didn’t. Lodge was extremely clean and extra precautions taken due to COVID, like most places I suppose the only negative was late check in and early check out, but totally understand why as the extra work for COVID. (We didn’t request early check in or late check out, but am sure this would of been accommodated if requested). Easingwold is only a short walk away and is a lovely place to sit out and have a drink, some nice local walks, if that’s your thing. Will be looking to book again soon, already can’t wait till the next time we go.

Easingwold is a superb little town, so many nice cafes and little shops. You are correct about the late check in/check out, it is purely down to the extra time it now takes to complete the cleaning. And yes, we do do both an early check in and a late check out - maybe next time!? Thank you for the great review.

Just back from a glorious few days in sunny Yorkshire (incredibly lucky with the weather). Firstly the owners at Hollybrook are really lovely hosts, there if you need them but not bothering you. Info folder really useful with lots of information about the area. Lodge itself was immaculately clean and nearly new, two beds and two baths was great. Kitchen well equipped and welcome basket a nice touch. Hot tub lovely first thing in morning and to jump in when back from a day out. Village about 20 mins walk away with takeaways, pubs, shops. Only criticism would be WiFi isn’t great, although I believe this is out of their hands, but we just used our 4G which was no problem. Had a great stay.

Thank you for this super review. We have just added extra info to the folder so glad you found it useful! Wifi is OK most of the time but when we are very full it does struggle a bit. Being upgraded to 5G in a couple of weeks but we are still on sub fibre broadband so not sure what difference it will make, also adding some extra signal boosters. Fingers crossed. Hope you will visit again!

Had a fantastic 4 night stay in Chestnut Lodge with my husband and 15yr old son. Lodge was immaculate and obviously recently refurbished. Very peaceful relaxing lodge site. The hot tub was a great addition and remained “clear” throughout as Pete was treating it regularly. Nice flat stroll to Easingwold. Will defo return.

Thank you for your good review! Even though Chestnut Lodge is 17 or 18 years old it is still a lovely lodge! Glad you enjoyed it. The decking is superb with the evening sun - you were very lucky with the weather. Look forward to your next visit.
