Clean large rooms and quite spacious bathrooms with showers. Big balcony! A bit strange that the only toiletry item provided in a spa hotel is liquid soap dispenser in the shower: no body lotion nor anything extra in the bathroom, no slippers. Rooms have no mini bars nor any coffee or tea making facilities. No irons and ironing boards in...

Basic, nice hotel with super nice breakfast (superb porridge table too). The nature is great around the hotel and the swimming pool is great; you can actually do really swimming there on several lines. Parking is free of charge; pets are also welcome for some extra charge.

The building looks outdated, but renovated rooms are actually good. Many have balcony oveelooking a Finnish countryside view. Swimming pools (two plus outdoor jacuzzi) were good, although quite deep and not suitable for kids without supervision. Saunas were clean, but may get crowded during high season. The hotel advertises lot of activities, but many of them (eg archery) require external...

This is a spa hotel in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are spacious and luminous but the beds are not that great. WiFi is excellent, TV channel selection OK. It is very quiet there so sleeping quality is fine. There is a spa that is really meant for swimmers and not for small children. Children are taken into account...

My first time in this hotel but have stayed in the Rantasipi Airport hotel a few times. This one has recently been refurbished but it is unmistakably a Rantasipi. I find the rooms very roomy but basic. They are quiet and reasonably comfortable but here does not have A/C in the room I'm in. Or even a fan for that...

We were on a cycling tour and this was one of the hotels that we had low expectation of. In deed entering the hotel did not encourage for raising those any: the building is a massive "bunker" from the unfortunate architectural era of some fourty years back. However, the building is not that bad from inside (even though it is...

They have renewed menus in here. Now you can get a breafast suitable for a spa and health treatment facility. It is good. You can get fresh fruit, nuts raw chocklate and superfood berries to tune your porridge or youghurt. Lunch and dinner have also a tiny bit more taste to them vut are not quite there yet. I wish...

Pretty out of shape. And definitely not up to date. Many things in bad condition. And do not expect much from the spa. You can get more in almost any public swimming hall. The restaurant buffet is tasteless. Food is heavily based on carbs. Not what you could expect from a health, treatment or spa facility. At least this is...

The spa has been recently renovated and it shows. The rooms were spacious but cold. It took some time to get warm. Breakfast and lunch was varied. Pools were nice and at the time we were there, there was not much people. Nice thing also was a outdoor pool with a temperature limit of -15 degrees. There were (at the...

I stayed two nights in this hotel in September. It is located at a very beautiful place and there are a lot of great hiking routes. The hotel itself is nothing special, really. The lunch buffet was overpriced. There are better spa hotels in Finland.
