The owners are extremely friendly, room was beautiful and the shower was lovely. Beautiful surrounding areas and only a short journey away from everything. Breakfast was really nice. Has a very homely feel to the place. Will definately be going back in the summer.

Near Conwy Castle and the ferry to Dublin, lies the most lush and welcoming B and B. Large suites with beautiful bathrooms and a spacious dining room for delicious breakfasts make this a must at an affordable price!!!

We had a wonderful week with our children and grand children staying in Bryn-Llys which was perfect for all 8 adults and 4 children. Each family had their own en-suite room with TV plus there is an enjoying with well equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge and games room. We were also lucky that on the Sunday the garden railway was... More

We wanted a B&B base to have a good mooch around N.Wales & Anglesey & this was a very short drive from Bangor, A5, A55. The website & reviews looked good & on arrival we saw that they were so true. The property is off a quiet road anyway but the accommodation is located further down a long drive so... More

I've just returned from a weekend here with a group of friends. The location was lovely and the facilities ideal for a large group. We stayed in the self catering cottages, the kitchen was very well equipped and we spent many happy hours in the beautiful courtyard, lounge, games room and dining room. It was helped by the weather which... More

Very basic CL campsite with cold water tap and 1 loo, but found a surprisingly level pitch, with electric hook up, that was well drained and secluded for our motorhome for a 2 night stay.Owners very helpful with information on walks in surrounding area but the highlight for us was a model railway with steam engines that runs through the gardens... Wendy and Ieuan were gracious and kind hosts who went out of their way to help us at every turn. They were full of accurate information about places to walk and local restaurants and Ieuan even dropped us off at the start of one of our treks. Our hot water failed one evening and they not only rapidly gave us... More

This time we had a group of 17 people for a family gathering. You just cannot fault anything. We self-catered for a party and all the equipment we needed was there. The rooms are immaculate. The grounds are fabulous but the rain stopped too much walking outdoors this time! Wendy is super helpful. We are planning our next visit.

Myself and my partner visited here for a long weekend. The welcome was warm and informative and there is lots of information available on the local area.
