Just returned from a 4 night break, staying in the Ruby Meadow Lodge. We couldn’t fault a thing! The lodge was extremely clean and modern yet cosy. The privacy and views for the hot tubs were also brilliant. We loved the feel and environment in the main restaurant/coffee shop on site and enjoyed a lovely meal and also a takeaway from here during our stay. All staff we came into contact with were very helpful and friendly throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others. A hidden gem!

Stayed last year so came back this year, the plum winter lodge is stunning, the surroundings are great as well, the deer and wildlife are amazing. Hot tub is a great addition. My only negative is the bed it’s far to hard, could do with a mattress topper to make it softer. On first night very cold takes a day or two to heat up properly. The cafe was a bit disappointing, really good last year considering had a reduce menu no cocktails this year, Wrexham lager is awful.

We stayed in Cabin Ceirw for four nights this past week and all I can say is what an absolutely amazing holiday we had. Lodge was the perfect side for the pair of us and came with absolutely everything we’d need. The choccys and bubbles on arrival were such a nice touch too. Such a lovely peaceful spot to sit in the hot tub even with the dark cold nights. We visited the on-site restaurant twice, once for lunch and once for dinner and neither disappointed. The pie was to die for and the bacon, Brie and cranberry sandwich was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were all friendly in and around site. Was overall the most perfect birthday week away we both could’ve asked for. Would recommend to everyone! Thank you Henlle Hall!!

We have just returned from a three night break at Henlle Hall. Four of us stayed in the Fairway Lodge- and we are so happy to have discovered this hidden hideaway! Our two bedroom lodge ( both bedrooms en-suite) at the end of the complex , complete with hot tub was just perfect for our getaway. There was everything included such as linen , towels, bathrobes and even had Elemis toiletries. There was a lovely Welcome pack with a bottle of bubbly waiting on our arrival. It’s the perfect place for lovely autumn walks. On arrival you collect your keys from reception, which is part of a small coffee lounge and bar . They serve morning coffee with scones and they have a lunchtime menu and an evening menu . You will need to book as they get full up especially of a weekend. One thing we want to mention was the exceptional guest service from the staff. They couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. They transported our cases to our lodge as we didn’t have a car, they were attentive to our requests in the restaurant. We all commented at how they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this treasure of a place- Well done Henlle Hall 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Everything was perfect. This has been my best UK holiday so far. In 30+ years. Clean, helpful reception, great accommodation, perfect location. Hot tub was the best I've been to. Accommodation was the most clean I've ever stayed at.. It was amazing, loved it. And would definitely go back in a heartbeat
