Took this hotel on our way road trip to Marrakech. Booked by phone in the evening. The reason we picked this hotel because they said it's a four stars hotel. Since we took a road trip with my parents in law and my preK daughter, and we did a long journey from Fes on that day, we thought a nice... More

I've stayed here before and I must say this very overpriced hotel is going downhill fast. It's a shame because it could be a fine hotel. It has spacious grounds, a promising pool area, and great views from the rooms. But it's showing years of neglect. My room was, in a word, shabby. Furniture was scratched and dented, walls had... We arrived very late at night to this hotel, and we were not able to change the room otherwise, we would shave run anywhere else. The room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty: urine smell and body hair on the floor. The sheets had stains on it. very poor place. The breakfast was similar to the rooms: dirty! Coffee... More

The staff were very helpful and the location is good, but the hotel is overpriced and in need of some serious attention to detail--both the dining room and hotel. We had no hot water in any of our rooms (we had three) one day, and just barely warm the next. The rooms are quite shabby and have not been cleaned... More

Disgusting place. Room not clean. Furniture broken. Bathroom - rotten. This place doesn't deserve to serve even prisoners. Terrible experience. you would expect at least the staff to be friendly but even that was BAD.

Lovely hotel very modern with a good range of options for dinner! Lovely pool with a little diving board. The bar serves alcohol at a reasonable price and the staff although not speaking great English were very helpful and made an effort! Breakfast was the standard for Morocco but no surprise there. A bit out of the town (roughly 20min... More

I had made a reservation for a night at this hotel, as a stopover between Midelt and Marrakech, but I actually never stayed there, due to the unexpectedly high price; thus this review only reflects the short experience that I had at the front desk. My night in Beni Mellal was to be the penultimate of a two-week trip traveling... More

I stayed here one night while travelling round Morocco. I found it to be very clean and comfortable, with a reasonable breakfast. The food was nice at dinner too - usual Moroccan choices involving couscous and tagines :0) I didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but I wish I had. It looked stunning with views of the... More

Well kept, smart rooms, attentive service, wifi that works, a bar attendant who can open a bottle of wine.... All things that you may expect from a 4 star hotel but not this one! We did stay during Ramadan and were one of only about 4 guests but would still expect a lot more for 650 dirhams. We only stayed... More

Having had problems with lack of air conditioning in the original hotel we had booked in Beni Mellal we found ourselves at hotel Ouzoud and we pleased to be assured the air conditioning would work. It did and that was the only highlight. Our room was very tired - found dead cockroach in bathroom, blankets were stained and TV only... More
