Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel is not in the centre of Paimpol and it is about 1 km from the nearest bus stop so I recommend it only if you travel by car. Breakfast is rich and with good quality. The hotel is made by bongalows plus a structure with ground and first floor. There is a picnic area just in front of the rooms. The nearest beach is 10 minutes by walk.

It's a very familial hotel! I would recommend to families with children. The hotel is very convenient for us as we can cook the children's food. But a bit pricey for 124€ a night for a 2* hotel in Paimpol. Lots of parking space too, and wifi is not so good. Over all experience was pleasant, definitely would come back if we go back to Paimpol.

Quiet location off a busy road. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast at extra cost. IMO the cost, €77/night, was a bit high for very basic rooms. Have rented apartments in Paris for not much more. There is a path along the water as short walk from the hotel. Ask for directions.

Te Baie de Paimpol hotel is an amazing motel ten minutes walk from the town centre. The wee cottages are clean and quiet with enough room to park the bikes inside. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and helpful and there is a nice wee bar area or you can drink en plein air. Breakfast is substantial for France and bread is ordered in specially. A more tranquil setting is hard to imagine! Our last stay was in the port area and was noisy and not very relaxing. If I return to beautiful Paimpol I would not consider staying anywhere else. Ten out of ten on all counts, and dogs are welcome!🐶

Very nice staff and a pleasant hotel about 1 km outside Paimpol. Quiet location with the rooms far enough away from avery busy road. Worth spending the extra for a "confort" (read comfort) room. Plenty of parking.

Room basic but great for the price, comfortable and clean. Family suite arrangement is interesting with the second double bed up steps above the bathroom. Entrance area big enough to store 3 bikes. (Area great for cycling). Good continental breakfast, only let down is the croissants were a bit stodgy (not what we expect in France - more like English ones :()

really basic and cheap furniture and furnishing. Bathroom facilities was disappointing, dont even have a proper holder to hold up the shower head, this is more like a chalet than hotel. housekeeping is friendly though. better off staying at one those the hotels by the port, it is not much cheaper.

Stayed for one night at the end of our holidays. The reception was very helpful and friendly. The double room was quite spacious and clean, just like the bathroom (with actual bath — albeit without shower curtain, so watch out so as not to turn the bathroom into a swimming pool). The breakfast consists of croissants and baguette with an assortment of jam (including artisanal ones), chocolate spread and honey. You can also get a very nice fresh crêpe with caramel & salted butter (a local specialty). There's free parking on site. Recommended!

The staff were great and very helpful even though they didn't speak very much English. The rooms were clean but not inviting and the breakfast was seriously overpriced. For 4 of us there wasn't neigh things like croissants or bits of bread and we weren't offered any crepes on the second day. There were no bins on site which meant we has to leave rubbish in the room. Overall excellent staff but not very facilities.
