The resort is well-managed and closely supervised..rooms are well-maintained, the staffs are cordial and helpful. They will make your stay really pleasant. Although far from the university, this place have a specific look given to it to make you feel like staying in a Bengal village. They also take care so that the families can enjoy without any nuisances. Food...

Went there to stay for the weekend and had an average experience. The rooms were old and haven't been upgraded for quite some time. We paid substantial amount for an AC deluxe room and it didn't live up to the standards for the rate charged. The shower wasn't working, the paint was coming off at many places, the bathroom was...

A quiet and peaceful resort in a very secluded place. It is a small resort and finding it for the first time can be a little difficult. Close to all there is to see in the small town of Shantiniketan and you can get everywhere without having to go through the crowded parts of town. The rooms could do with a...

Stayed here for a night (25 Feb). Terrible room- geyser didn't work (didn't get repaired either), seepage everywhere, lizards, mould on the ceiling, smelly bedding and expensive food were the highlights of our stay. The staff is clueless when told of these things. Food needs to be pre ordered and takes and hour, if you want hot water from your...

Finding an accommodation in Santiniketan during Poush Utsav is a difficult task. When we booked Chhuti for our recent trip ( 22/12/2015 to 25/12/2015) we did not have much clue about the hotel except what is in their website. Having no prior expectation, the resort provided a pleasant surprise. Quaint little cottages in an urban landscape, Chhuti resort a nice...

We were very disappointed with this 'resort' . I felt that the accommodation was 'average' but I must say that it was very clean. As we don't speak any Indian language we had trouble communicating with the staff. We were disappointed with the 'restaurant' as it was very inflexible with food choices and timings - this may have been because...

We stayed for 2 nights in this so called resort. This is not a resort in any sense and facilities, amenities and ambiance are all like a ordinary hotel. Lizards, mosquito infested rooms. No 24X7 service, very less staff , unclean and no maintenance. Also, you cannot access any transport , rickshaws from this hotel. The prices of food is excessive...

I went with very high hope. The place is situated in a place not suited for a resort. There is no scope of activity in the hotel. Rooms are small and not suitable for stay with childrens. The toilet is too small. The rooms and restaurants are full of cobwebs, maintenance is extremely poor. Restaurant does not operate all the...
