Stayed with friends for a night out in Warrenpoint. Found the owners extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. There was a lounge for guests use. Full cooked breakfast with great views of the water. Would highly recommend. Good location and value for money but it was really the owners who go the extra mile...

Returned to the Promenade for my second stay and had a wonderful time. I stayed in the room at the "top of the house" and it had stunning views to wake up too! - I had a wonderful night's sleep and the breakfast (could hardly finish it) was amazing. This family run B&B has a unique quality about it and...

Me and my partner stayed here last weekend for a wedding we were attending in Warrenpoint. This place came highly recommended and didn't disappoint, from our first phone call, Leanne was veryfriendly and helpful, even giving us bus times and good directions to get here. We have family in Warrenpoint, so had no need of the B&B part of the business, but the building was in the family and we stayed then - the views are stunning. We sampled the cooking on this trip and "melt in the mouth, gorgeous", sums it up.

I stayed in the Promenade recently for the weekend and found it stylish, clean and really so unique to Warrenpoint. As a native of Belfast who does go away a lot I have very high standards and from the moment we crossed the quaint threshold I was made to feel very welcome. The Tearooms attached to the B&B are an...

Haven't stayed here as I live in Warrenpoint, but if the service you get in the tea rooms extends to the bedrooms it must be great. Went for coffee and cakes one saturday afternoon and it was fabulous. Highly reccommenfd home made scones and lemon cake. To die for!
