Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A lovely little guest house. The room was very clean and confortable . The shower was nice & hot. We only booked last minute for one night in the budget double room which far exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was first class! With two lovely lady owners. We will definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

Another lovely stay at the White heather, we are always made so welcome and the breakfast is the best we have had in a guesthouse. I always have a small breakfast and whatever I ask for is cooked. We loved being in room 1 this time. Thank you again

Stayed in this B&B for the last couple of day and have to say it was lovely.Helen and Jess made it a home from home and our room was clean and bright . We had a fresh cooked breakfast with decent veggie sausages and loads of tea, coffee ,and toast.Other options were available but we pigged out while we had the chance. Thankyou Helen and Jess ,we will be back x

I was visiting the area on business and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. Lucked out with this place which offered a home from home - comfy bedroom, nice bathroom and good breakfast. I also appreciated the easy going hospitality of the owners and safe place to leave the car.

A pleasant establishment, operated by a pleasant Mum ( Helene) n Daughter ( Jess ). A five night stay in “The Annexe” was fine, breakfast was spot on albeit a little earlier than is what is our norm. Apology’s for the broken glass. Could be wrong, but the bed appeared on the narrow side, maybe 4’ ? Wi-Fi dropped out a few times but reconnected. Although the BnB is situated on an “A” road it was only a little busy at times you would expect. The location was fine, close to beach and town centre even using a wheelchair. Parking was not a problem, with spaces. Would use again when we return to Mablethorpe.

Helene and her "little"daughter Jess are so welcoming and friendly. The off road car park is an absolute bonus. Spotlessly clean, tidy throughout, our room had a lovely bathroom and the most comfortable of beds. Breakfast is definitely hearty, and the provision of fresh milk, plus the option to eat your own food in the dining room is a trick that many other places could learn from.

Stayed at this B&B 4th & 5th Feb, up there visiting friends, very clean & comfy bed/bedroom, despite being by the main road a good nights sleep was had by us both, shower/bathroom was very clean and shower was as hot as you wanted it. Breakfast area was clean, with an assortment of cereals, but a full English was also available and the host didn't skimp on the quantity, quality was scoring top marks as well. The owner/host is a warm friendly genuine chatty lady, I got educated about gluten free sausages, and she got educated about goats milk. Overall for a B&B no grumbles whatsoever, 10/10
