We stayed for 4 nights in the sheep view room. It is a lovely and peaceful room with a nice view over the fields. The B&B and Garden are both top class. Rachel and Dom are perfect hosts and the breakfasts are the best. I would definitely recommend a stay here and we are already planning our next trip !!. Thank you Rachel & Dom for a lovely stay.

We had a recent stay here in the SeaShell Room. Everything was just perfect, the bedroom, the en-suite, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had and the bed well above perfect. The hosts Rachel and Dominick could not do enough for us.

Room Tip: We were on the first floor and that was fine. Milk in fridges outside the rooms.

We stayed at Manor Farm for 4 nights last week with our dog. We had Sheepview room which was lovely, it had a comfortable bed and was clean and spacious. Rachel and Dom are very welcoming to guests in their home and are happy to advise and recommend things to do and places to visit. The farm is 15 mins walk to Sutton on Sea beach/centre with a few shops and places to eat. We used the Bacchus hotel which has a lovely beer garden for drinks. Rachel showed us around the farm which we enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing with lots of homegrown and home made items, including duck eggs fresh from their ducks or hen eggs if you prefer. If you take a dog, the garden is enclosed and safe for them to roam whilst you eat or if its a nice day you can eat in the garden like we did. If you are worried by Covid this is a very safe place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Manor Farm for a peaceful stay, it really is lovely. Thanks again Rachel and Dom.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It was very easy to be welcoming as you two and your dog are so chilled and positive. Even the sheep were happy to meet Sergi and they are very discerning! You're welcome back anytime.

We stayed in the downstairs room which had plenty of room for us (two adults and two small children on air beds). The room had plenty of space for cases and all the bits and bobs that you need when travelling with little ones. The bathroom was a great size with big shower. Everything was very clean and we had a little tour of the farm which the boys loved. We had a great day at a local beach which was less than 5 mins drive (easily walkable). The breakfast options were good and varied and cooked brilliantly. Would recommend

We stayed 1 night in the sheep view room over the May b/h at Manor farm stay. The room was decorated with lovely touches, clean & welcoming. Homemade oat biscuits greeted us with a generous supply of beverage choices too. Rachel showed us the grazing sheep & our daughter got to stroke the sheep. We loved looking about the farm & seeing the hens & ducks. It made our daughters day. The farm is very peaceful and the garden is inviting. We had a beautiful breakfast made by Dom & Rachel. By the end of our stay our daughter said goodbye to Rachel and we know we’ll be back to stay again at manor farm with such gracious hosts. Lovely spot and the animals made a memorable touch to our stay.
