Great hotel Friendly informative staff very helpful Ideal location for Twickenham We walked to ground which took just over an hour then caught 267 bus back Hotel room was very clean and had lovely large towels in bathroom The breakfast for a full English was £9.99 and there was plenty of choice with staff filling up food quickly and efficiently throughout the morning Limited spaces in car park but there is an alternative just down the hill Would recommend

Stayed here whilst visiting the lights at Kew Gardens. Walked back from Kew Gardens in the day time which didn't take too long but as we were with our child asked about getting a taxi back. We were told by a very friendly member of staff at the Premier Inn how we could get the number 65 bus which was really easy to do and so much cheaper travelling on public transport than in our area. The hotel was good and great value for money especially for London.

Stayed for one night so we could get up to London to pay our respects to The Queen. Lady on reception was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was up to the usual decent standard. On our way home we popped back in and the same lady who checked us in the day before happily made us a cup of tea. She took the time to find a tea pot and milk jug rather than squashing a tea bag in a mug - perfect so thank you, especially as she was patient and accommodating!

Don't go if you want a relaxing stay and a good nights sleep. The hotel was directly under a flight path. Noisy doors banging from other rooms with little soundproofing (if any). The parking, although described as 'first come, first served' on the App, was a very restrcted car park under the hotel. We were advised at check-in by the receptionist that we should have booked a parking space before hand, although this was not consistent with the Premier Inn App. We had emailed them to enquire, but had had no response. Also the car park tariff was for 24 hrs, but there was no leave and return, so if you need to pop out in the car, this incurs a further 24 hour fee. The evening receptionist was not very friendly or empathetic when we described our problems finding a car parking space. However, the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Recently stayed at Kew Bridge as we were going to see Coldplay with our 10 year old daughter and do some sightseeing around London.

I booked this hotel early on as a bit of a whim before tickets were released. I wasn't really sure where was best to stay for a Wembley concert but this seemed close enough but far enough to not pay a small fortune. I had originally booked for two nights with the intention of cancelling the night we didn't need but, due to the good value we decided to make it into a full weekend and really treat ourselves to the London experience. Which I am very glad we did.

The hotel itself was easy to find. Just a 10 minute walk from either of the nearest stations. It was very clean the room was immaculate and well equipped with the essential. It was a good premier inn.

We were in London during a heatwave so were thankful for the air con. After a really busy two days we came back to have a good restful nights sleep. So peaceful and quiet!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our breakfast delicious! We have stayed in a few Premier Inns and this visit was no exception to the general rule of how your Premier Inn experience should be. This is exactly why we time and time again try to book with Premier Inn where possible.

My 7 year old son would have been gutted to know we stayed in a Premier Inn he hasn't been to. We did have to tell him that we absolutely did not stay in a Premier Inn for the weekend. It's his ambition to stay in them all as he is Premier Inn's number one fan. We are considering a return visit in January with him when we aren't on such a strict time schedule for events.

There is parking at this location if you are considering a visit and driving rather than using public transport.

I've always used this Premier Inn for visits to Kew Gardens. However, despite staff still being friendly, the beds and pillows have changed since the pandemic. I would advise taking your own pillow if you have difficulty with thick, lumpy pillows. However, the hotel is very good value for money and if you like walking is easily accessible via a train from Waterloo to Kew Bridge station. I would still recommend this Premier Inn over the expensive city centre ones.

Catch the 65 bus to Richmond or Kingston and walk back along the river. Take your walking boots/sandals.

The 65 bus (catch it outside McDonalds) will also drop you off at the Victoria Gate of Kew Gardens if you don't fancy the 25 minute walk along the river to the Elizabeth Gate.

We needed an overnight stop on our way to Kew Gardens and found this Premier Inn so close. The price was ridiculously low at £29 if I paid ‘up front’. We had stayed many times in this companies hotels and have always found them to be exceptional but, £29, there has to be a drawback. OK, because of the coronavirus pandemic, the restaurant and bar wasn’t open. That was expected so what was the hitch. We arrived and found immediately that coronavirus protocols were in place at reception. We were quickly given our keys to our room on the second floor. Corridors were sparkling clean. However, here comes the shock we thought. Opening the door we saw a massive room that had, obviously, been redecorated a short while ago. Big comfy bed, sofa, air-con, hair drier, free wi-fi, coffee/tea making and plenty of hanging space. The bathroom was immaculate with soap on the wall.
It was impressive for the price. Car parking had to be paid at £12 overnight. No complaints. As I said, no restaurant and bar but that wasn’t a problem. Within 5 minutes walk was a great pub, The Watermans Arms, and four good restaurants ranging from Italian to Lebanese to Greek and then, Turkish.
A wonderful overnight, quiet, stay. Thank you. We were ready for a day at Kew Gardens.

We stayed here Friday Saturday night. Unfortunately my son in law,s car was broken to. The back window smashed completely. Nothing of value left in except grand daughters school bag and PE bag. All replaceable but that’s not the point. He paid £24 for two nights Parking on a car park that has CCTV and this happens. He had a long drive home today with his back window taped up with plastic.
Be aware when parking here even when nothing is on show you have a smashed in window.

Good location, excellent breakfast, shops down the road.
Road is very noisy but thats London for you.
Air conditioning is poor, I would hate to stay here in August.
Bed is extremely comfortable and room was very clean.
Only one clean towel which is disappointing, when paying over £100 a night I expect a clean towel each day without having to ask Reception.
No way to pay contactless over £40, staff explained there is a limit on contactless, that was probably true in 2015 but we are now in 2023 - it should be possible to pay on contactless, I have paid for £80 petrol in petrol stations higher than this amount with contactless. Especially after the Covid period and you are not sanitising your pay machine after every person has put their pin number in. Also no way for them to charge my card when I gave them my card details, only accepting traditional chip and pin. Very odd.
Air quality around the hotel is very poor but again thats London.
Night staff on the night of Friday 21st are very rude and unfriendly, morning staff were pleasant and helpful.

I stayed for one night with a friend, prior to visiting Kew Gardens. Our room on the third floor was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast (£8.99) was deliciaus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to park for 24 hours meant we could travel by bus to Kew Gardens the following day;. It was good to have air conditioning as it was the hottest night of the year. Free wifi most welcome.
My very minor grumble was that my single bed in a twin room had no bedside table or bedside lamp.

Tube from Victoria station, 10 minutes walk. Take district line change onto piccadilly line going to heathrow airport. Get of at South Ealing. Cross over road to bus stop get the 65 bus and ask for McDonalds ( takes approximately 10 minutes). Get off cross road and hotel is 200 yards on the right.
