The Land Of Legends Kingdom Hotel garners high marks for its cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere, enchanting guests with its themed decor and engaging entertainment. The hotel's prime location further heightens its appeal for family vacations. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds are a hit, although some guests have encountered maintenance issues. The comprehensive on-site amenities, including an exhilarating theme park and water slides, are often celebrated, but the "all inclusive" package sometimes falls short due to extra costs. Service quality varies, with staff friendliness facing occasional lapses in responsiveness.

Legendary like its name. The staff is flawless in terms of attention to detail and cleanliness. When it comes to food, white meat, red meat and fish are available every day. The flavors were also good. red meat, lamb t-bone, entrecôte... I can say that the desserts were also superb. Closed bottled drinks are also an excellent detail. (including coke and beer.) My favorite is the breakfasts. Come and risk walking. By walking I mean 25,000-30,000 steps per day. Children's activity areas are great. There are PS5 gaming areas inside and PS4 in every room (1000 TL depositable). The place was built entirely with the Roman concept. There is no picture of the legend of our land under the name Legend. There is absolutely no Turkishness. I guess it goes away as the quality increases. The flag in the amusement park section turned orange from the sun. They wave 4 hotel flags during the dolphin shows, 2 of which could have been our flags. I smashed my hand in the toilet with my last criticism. Because of the location of the toilet, the iron on top of the toilet paper and the garbage bin.

Where do I start we first experienced the land of legends Kingdom hotel in 2023 and we absolutely loved it 2 adults and 1 child 9 years old.

We decided to go back this year for 3 weeks as 16 nights wasn’t long enough to explore this fabulous hidden gem!

From arrival the reception, porters could not do enough for our family as we arrived near midnight we were offer a meal.

The room was of 5*+ standard as was the cleanliness.

Toiletries, body lotion, tissues , cotton buds, nail files etc were provided the full 3 weeks never needing to ask for anything more as was the mini bar.

The guest relations were very friendly and accommodating as was the activity booking receptions both in the hotel and at the theme park.

The restaurant in the hotel and Mungo’s restaurant in the theme park, chief’s, cooks and waiters were more than cheerful and helpful. Always willing to please.

I can’t say we struggled to make a delicious meal from breakfast, lunch and evening meal from both the restaurant in the hotel and Mungo’s restaurant on the theme park the full 3 weeks there was more than enough choice and quality food.

The bar staff, entertainment staff, fast food and cleaners in the theme park were all smiles and friendly with an attitude of willingness, determination and commitment to make sure everyone has the best experience possible.

Last but not least if you visit this hotel and sit at the terrace bar having the pleasure to meet Orhan and Akif these two guys are absolutely incredible members of the team, always there to great and meet you making sure your every need is being fulfilled.

Orhan whom is a waiter never ever lets anyone going without a seat, extremely polite, respectful and smiling he goes above and beyond his power and position to make sure everyone is served with gratitude and appreciation.

All of the terrace staff are very friendly and welcoming and they have the most supportive mentor in Orhan you will all go far looking up to him.

See you all in 2025 until then always remember each and every member of staff are putting in 100% if not more to give you the best possible experience for your holiday!

We are staying at this hotel as a family of 2 adults and a 3 year old child. I was captivated by the Rixos brand and the theme park, the promise of the name of the premium hotel and the stated concept of the hotel, a lot of things in the park don’t work here. When we checked in, we arrived with friends, we were checked in right away and thanks for that, but our friends were told to wait an hour or an hour and a half. As for food, there was an assortment obviously small for lunch, better for dinner, although it’s not the season! There is very little alcohol in the premium segment and mostly everything is paid for. I would like to say right away that this is not the first time we have vacationed in the Rixos chain and there is something to compare with, for example
Rixos Premium Belek, so we know exactly the quality and hospitality standards of this chain. In this family hotel, there is a heated pool of one name, in which children could swim, because the water there is not very warm. We came especially for a birthday and they told us A la carte is paid here, this is not the first time we have visited the Rixos network and have been with than to compare. There is no cleaning for two days at a time, and even when it happens, it can be rated at 3. There is no soundproofing in the room, you can hear the neighbors very well. There is no children's room where you can leave the child alone. And this is all in the legends. Even when they asked us to do the cleaning right away, they only arrived 1.5 hours later. The most annoying thing is that almost every time we go to a restaurant or bar we are asked for our room number. There is no service at all, for example, in a restaurant none of the waiters will come by themselves and you always have to call the waiter yourself. Since there is no way to get your own drinks. The air conditioner in the room does not work and it was not repaired in two days. The room is not the first freshness. Separately, we would like to thank Sergei at the reception, he tries very hard to help, but many requests are beyond his strength, although he sincerely wants to help. Bottom line, if you want a premium holiday with children, then this is clearly not the place for you!!!

Excellent hotel, amazing food, staff very friendly, clean, shopping avenue and evening shows are crowded, shops are quite expensive. Water park and theme park are fantastic, but too much to do if you are just a day visitor, the souvenir photos were massively overpriced. Rooms were cleaned daily but coffee wasn't always replaced and toilet rolls were not replaced. We had a family room but the child's bed was a sofa bed which was not really suitable for a 10 day stay.

I am extremely disappointed by this hotel, it looked amazing on the website and videos I had seen but what we experienced was completely different.
- the hotel was extremely busy and seemed to busy as there was never any tables to sit and have breakfast or dinner on so we decided to take a plate of breakfast to the lobby so we could sit down to eat with our 1 year old boy to be told we wasn’t allowed to take our plate out I asked them to find me a table and they placed us on a dirty table which fair enough if it was cleared but it wasn’t and we was sat having our breakfast on a dirty table, we decided to skip breakfast every day after that so we only had breakfast 1 out of 7 days due to how busy it was, if you was to Que for the buffet guest would push and shove you out the way they don’t understand queuing here.
- I don’t believe this hotel is ideal for English guests we was 1 of 3 English families I have seen during this week and was mainly Turkish families staying here and they just allowed there children to overrun and destroy the hotel with scooters everywhere children climbing over bars and screaming at hotel staff which was horrible to whiteness as I have to say ALL the staff are so lovely and can’t do enough for you.
- my little boy was playing in the children’s area of the hotel reception and a 8-10 year old boy come running into him knocking him down and no parents to tell him to apologise or tell him to be careful I didn’t feel the hallways were safe for walking with my child in the case he would be knocked or something would hit into him I constantly walked on eggshells around the resort.
- not the hotels fault more tui but we believed that there would be snacks available as we got an all in clusive package but everything is extra the land of legands park there is 1 place to get soft drinks and ice cream and the staff was extremely rude there and never seemed to serve we was stood waiting to get my little boy a ice cream for 20 minutes and nobody served us
Also the air conditioning in our rooms wasn’t working which was a shame as it was so hot we was unable to sleep we could only open the doors which we would then be bitten by bugs but that was better than sweating and no sleep
There was nothing to do in the evening when the park shut at 5pm as it was the same light show every night. I also believed staying at this hotel would gain you special access into the shows but it isn’t as it’s open to the public which is a shame because there is no perks of staying at this hotel.

The staff are the only saving grace of this hotel as they are all so nice and great with kids they do so much to make your stay ok.
But I will never recommend or return to this hotel but I would recommend Rixos as it’s much better there

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on TripAdvisor. Your comments are valuable to us, as they help us understand your expectations and improve our services. For hygiene reasons, food is not allowed to be taken out of the main restaurant. However, guests can request special meals to be delivered to their rooms upon request. Please note that while service levels may occasionally vary due to seasonal demand, our Kingdom Hotel staff is dedicated to providing all guests with the highest level of care and assistance. Our mini club, located in the lower lobby, has been designed with a special concept to offer an enjoyable experience for both children and parents. Additionally, Kingdom Hotel guests can access eight bars and a restaurant serving lunch within the Theme Park as part of our concept. Came here with my partner and 2 year old. I am not a Karen !! But this needed an honest review. (Next time stay at Rixos premium Belek. See below)

Okay so if you are booking here you already know the price is not cheap.
The hotel outside is beautiful, stunning has the wow factor as you come in you have hot air balloons and free sweets.

The theme park and aqua park- there is no point coming here unless your children are over 120cm under this and there is nothing they can go on apart from the splash parks, these are run down and the pool water is honestly freezing ! The weather is 30° so not cold and the water turns my child's lips blue!
The floors are coming up causing him to fall and bang his head. Everything is an extra charge and only allows icecream and fizzy pop at certain locations in the park. NO snacks apart from nuts !!
Lunch is at a buffet in the park.

The FOOD - breakfast and dinner a buffet in the hotel, dessert set out looking all fancy however food is very poor, stayed for 11 nights and burgers 5 days out the 11...
the lunch at mungos restaurant in the theme park is HORRENDOUS! Boiled meat everyday definitely not at all up to 5* standards !
Beers local beers only.

Entertainment- again nothing for under 3 year olds dolphin show is good and fountain and parade is good however once you have seen it that's it 10 days of the same gets boring we found we had nothing to do on the evenings and was in the room most time. Live music is on at the same time as the mini disco and only 30mins, the kids club here is poor staff not interacting with children, run down toys,
No play ground as states on website arcade games for big children or do not work.
There is nothing that separates you as a paying hotel guest to the general public ! Anyone can visit the shopping mall and water fountains causing a stampede!!

Sister hotel Rixos premium Belek we have been visiting due to it being so good the kids club here is unbelievable! Staff amazing, branded beer and snacks ! Starbucks on tap truely all inclusive, heated pools and private beach entertainment throughout the night.

We arrived on Thursday evening. The children were so impressed on arrival, it was late when we checked in so food hall was only open for 15 mins but the food options were good. Slept well in a clean room. The next day it hit us what we had arrived in. The hotel was sold to us via tui as all inclusive however it really isn’t. The closest pool is 20 mins walk from the hotel. The bar there is a very limited menu for all inclusive. No snacks are included. Lunch options are again 15 min walk away and up many steps . We have a disabled traveler in our party and is unable to walk the distance. The walk back to the hotel seems forever in the heat. There is a boat parade one some nights but it’s rubbish to be honest and the resort is packed with people pushing and shoving. There is zero other entertainment. There is only one bar called legends. It’s so borning we are coming to bed. The staff here are telling us the hotel is aware it has a problem with entertainment and they are having so many complaints about holidays being over sold but travel agents. We have begged to move hotels but the hotel are saying they are clear they are a concept hotel and it isn’t all inclusive but the travel agents are mis selling and it’s an agent problem. Our travel agent won’t help. The disabled traveller has been told to stay in her room for the next 7 days if the walk for food is to much. We have come on a family Hoilday we didn’t expect this. I can only think the good reviews are either bots or hotel staff as when I read them it honestly couldn’t be further from the truth of what this place is. My advice would be to avoid and go to a different hotel if you want a pool close by and an all inclusive Hoilday as this place is not that. Such a let down

The Land Of Legends Kingdom Hotel 5* is a fairy tale you'll want to return to!❤️
Here you will feel like a child again and believe in the dream!💫

First of all, the hotel is located in the very territory where every Traveler has been, in one way or another, because it is most likely where you came for souvenirs and shopping, attended a colorful evening show and relaxed in The Land of Legends🎡🎢

The Kingdom Hotel offers high service, Things to do and excellent leisure facilities. The Welcome Zone has impressed with its scale and interesting serving for kids, where you can get marmalade, chocolates and marshmallow.
The chic rooms, with interesting designs and illustrations on the walls, have caused us a tremendous delight!💥🌈
View from the room – as a separate art form, you can stand on the balcony for hours and enjoy this beauty!🏰

As for the food, it's incredibly delicious and beautiful! Breakfast🥐 and dinner🍽️ takes place at the Eternia Restaurant, the hotel, and you can dine in the park at the Mungo Restaurant.
The hotel has two bars with soft and alcoholic drinks, ice cream, marvelous cocoa and milkshakes!

Accommodation includes the legendary amusement park The Land Of Legends, you can visit it daily from 10:00 to 18:30, come in and out as long as you want, use the included services on its premises. About 7 bars are available, including ice cream. All the events going on, the evening program, the dolphin show and so on.

Going to the sea is not a problem either, a comfortable shuttle will take you to the grounds of the Rixos Premium Belek Hotel, where you can quite enjoy the warm sea from 13:00-16:30, the main thing is to warn the staff in advance (24 hours) at the reception that you are going to the sea!

The water park and hotel were very nice and the food was great. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful but we expected more from an all inclusive resort. The water park was full of restaurants and bars but none of them were included in the ‘all inclusive’ package. The ‘restaurants’ that were supposedly included basically only offered drinks. No snacks. Only one kiosk in the theme park offered ice cream which was difficult to get to (when all the other bars also offer ice cream- we just couldn’t have any without paying extra). As we have stayed at Rixos before we expected plenty of snacks throughout the theme park and hotel but the only thing on offer was ice cream which is definitely not enough when we expected and paid for an all inclusive. The cleaning service of the rooms was also poor. The toilet was not cleaned for the duration of our stay and the toilet seat was broken. The mugs provided in the room were also not washed after we had used them and were just placed upside down again as if they were new, cleaned mugs. Another big negative of the hotel is that we were expected to pay extra for towels and a locker at the water park. This is not acceptable as guests staying at their hotel should not be expected to pay extra to use the basic facilities. Other Rixos resorts we have stayed at do not charge extra for towels and lockers so we were very unhappy with us. During meals, there was no option for self-service of drinks. We were expected to wait for a waiter to come over and get our drink orders. This meant that we often finished our meal before the waiters came to ask us what we’d like to drink as the restaurant was very busy.
Overall the water park was great but the hotel didn’t feel as ‘all inclusive’ as it should have with the price we paid for it.

Most of the water park pools, slides and rides are temporarily closed on February. The exceptions are diving and dolphin related activities (which are charged extra and separately from entrance ticket).

The hotel will give you a double sided A4 piece of paper that shows the entertainment schedule. This includes the fountain display, boat show and live bands. Every day has a mix of different things.

Yes, during our stay on designated days there is a musical parade from 10pm for an hour by all the shops near the bridge. You causes the entertainers getting ready in the hotel and they usually return the same way. Also on designated days the fountains have a display with music this is short but pleasent. Best to ask hotel. Hope this helps
