We have just returned home from our holiday at this hotel. We had a lovely time here, however the majority of the staff was very rude, 2 ladies in the lobby bar was extremely rude, would serve locals before the English, wouldn’t even speak to you unless the manager walked in, I ordered a coffee and got the reply “it’s finished” and she walked away, I had to call her back to order another drink, then she spoke to the other lady in their language, whilst looking at me, so rude. A lady at the pool bar and a young lad was so polite, and smiley, and one young lady in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you, the rest of the staff was just rude. We enjoyed the food, didn’t have a bad meal. The hotel needs a bit of work doing on it, or finished off, and the cleaners need to clean the rooms, The only thing that spoilt the hotel was the staff, we was made to feel unwelcome, and uncomfortable in the lobby bar when ordering a drink, to the point I asked my husband to get them rather than me. The A-la-carte meal was delicious, and the lady who served us couldn’t do enough for us. I don’t think we would return to this hotel just based on the staff.

This hotel is definitely not a holiday resort for British people. I would say it is 96% Turkish holiday makers. The staff were all very nice but most found it difficult to understand us. The food was OK but again aimed mainly at Turkish people. My advice to the hotel owners if you want to encourage more British people you have to then cater for them. No toaster at breakfast so I could make a bit of toast. I also love beans on toast for breakfast on holiday but there wasn't a baked bean in sight. The hotel is to far out with no shops or restaurants nearby so to do anything different we had to use taxis and at 300 lira it could become quite expensive. To be fair I really think with the hotel being new they are on a learning curve and if take into consideration what all guests and not just Turkish are looking for at the price we payed can be a great wee place for a short break. All the staff worked really hard and if you treated them well they were nice to you.

Very nice hotel with 10 minute shuttle bus to the beach twice every day, they have their own private sectionwith bar and snacks beachside. The food at the hotel was very tasty with a good enough selection of choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool bar was open from 2pm so that could of been better, although the hotel was very quiet during our stay. Very little to complain about there as we were looking for a more laid back relaxing stay, This hotel certainly provided us with that. It has 2 swimming pools the larger one with waterslides The staff were very friendly, attentive and pleasant even though most did not understand English. I don't understand Turkish so for me there is no issue there. I had 2 massage treatments at the Hotel spa and wellness centre hosted by Efe. My treatments were by Selina who did a fantastic professional job. Siri did a 2 hour all over body treatment for my wife who also found it to be a relaxing pleasant experience. Efe was always on hand provide in depth information on all the treatments available, there is also a sauna and steam room for guests to use. We taxied into Belek on occasions for a change of scenery. Be prepared for shop sellers to try to get you inside their doors. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay I have to say fantastic value for money, as its early in the season (May) there was no evening entertainment during our time there.

Went on 3rd August for 2 weeks, starting off quite sceptical with the reviews but for the cost of the hotel you cannot go wrong. The hotels recent refurbishments has been great with modern rooms and bars. Each room has the necessities to stay with them being cleaned each day stocking up the fridge with sodas and water. The facilities here you cannot fault: spa, gym, pools, kids club, etc… The large pool is great with music playing all day as well as having a pool bar. The adults pool is still fairly large where it’s caters for those to be a bit quiet. The food is catered to the Turkish pallet which was new to us but still have managed to have some good meals. The staff speak basic English but they will do anything to help you, having a hotel VIP transfer which you can go wherever at a good cost (10 Euros to land of legends). The hotel has a free transfer to the beach where they have their own private section with food and drinks included. Overall for what you are paying you are getting more. Can see this hotel improving over time as well.

Shocking Hotel.I arrived after 12pm (like a lot of flights to Turkey) and told NO room service. Nowhere to get a drink or any food. apart from warm orange/water in room. Why can not a sandwich be offered to late arriving guest. No tea/coffer service in rooms. There are 2 pools one with slides which played the loudest rave/house music for 7 hours daily that i have ever heard.(some songs were obscene) The other relax pool was good but still could hear the loud music. The beds were good and there was 3 double beds there that they charged £30 a day forr and you got a plate of fruit REALLY!
The Hotel has nothing around it. no shops. pharmacy nothing. The nearest shop is 2.2km. Hotel does have a shop but nothing to buy in it. As no taxi pass the hotel you have to book at reception who sting you with £10 each way to go into the town (5km away) What a rip off.Main bar by pool wait was 15-20mins to get a drink.Ran out of Cola Zero on 2nd day.MEALS. I enjoyed the food. apart from the number of flies and cats. and after struggling to get a table for one. every meal. On the last day the coffee machines broke. so no coffee. Even though other bars had coffee. they would not serve until after 10am. What a joke. I could go on with things like Animation.staff but i think i could be here for days. I know cheap but even basics should be provided

Was worried after reading previous reviews, and should have been. Wecwere moved to an economy room as we had requested twin beds, view was like colditz looking at a tower, could hardly see over the top of the wall. Curtains fell off rails as you opened them, safe didn't work, fridge had no shelves, shower leaked all over the floor, hairdryer plug wasn't correct. Most of the staff would totally ignore you, they would start to serve you then if a Turkish resident came up they would stop serving you and start serving the Turkish guest. The hotel taxi was a complete wrap off and the tours were very expensive but because the hotel is so far from everything you have yo pay at least 10 euros each way every time you go out. We booked a meal in the separate restaurant, waited over 30 minutes to be served, with another couple, was then told... after we went across to reception that we wouldn't be served because they didn't have the staff, absolutely no apology and made put wecwere late!! The entertainment, well it was two nights of karaoke in a week, nothing else. Food was good buy didn't cater at all for any.alkergirs even though I'd taken a Turkish translation with me. Just felt like we were totally wrapped off. At reception, the older gentleman made out he didn't understand English, totally ignored us then on the last day spoke perfect English. The young staff in the lobby bar were the most helpful and the young boy on reception.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in when I arrived there were two guests fighting in the lobby. The man on reception was clearly out of his depth he seemed new. When I asked if this happens a lot, he laughed and said oh yes they drink too much and he thought it was funny. While I was having this conversation with him a young girl was sick all over the floor. I was given my room number and when I asked where it was, I was told to exit the hotel and turn right. There was no concierge and I had to walk past a lot of drunk people. Eventually I found the building I was in which was extremely rundown. The room smelt so strong of cigarettes and was dirty with stained linen when I tried to phone reception the phone line has been ripped out from the wall , so there was no phone in the room. I went to reception to see if I could be moved and was told I’d have to pay more money. They told me that housekeeping would come and clean the room, but when the cleaner turned up, he couldn’t speak English and when I asked him , to clean in the bathroom which smells so strongly of smoke he laughed and walked out of the room. I don’t know if this is because he couldn’t understand me but consequently I’ve had to sleep with the patio door open which looks onto a derelict wasteland it just really is , a terrible experience. I don’t even think this hotel is three star and this is my first night. I am probably going to check out tomorrow even though I have paid for a week. The rooms are so shabby and dirty and the furniture is all scuffed and just cheap looking . I am really disappointed with this Hotel and consequently will have to pay for another hotel tomorrow as I can’t bear another night here.

I am posting this review even although I am only half way through my stay. I will update it when my trip is over but thought it would be helpful to those already booked or considering booking. I must admit I was very nervous given the recent poor reviews posted and had I had the opportunity I would have moved my booking to another hotel but it was too late. We got this holiday at a more than reasonable price so I wasn’t expecting it to be 5 star and was attracted by the positive trip advisor rating (4.5) when I booked two weeks ago. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean and well equipped with a fridge, free safe, hairdryer and a kettle with tea and coffee. They have open wardrobes giving it a premier inn or holiday inn express feel. The rooms in common with the rest of the hotel are kept completely clean. The staff particularly at the reception are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. The wine and beer are excellent, we don’t drink spirit much but all drinks seem to be of a good quantity. We tend to use the relax pool which is quiet and does what it says on the tin. We don’t have children with us but the snack bar serves burgers, chicken nuggets and chips. The food in the restaurant is exceptional, I say that having stayed at many 5 star all inclusives in the Caribbean and Spain. It caters for the Turkish pallet but that suits us as I don’t come on holiday to eat baked beans and chips.
A negative is the hotel is out of the way and a taxi is required to go anywhere apart from the beach which is served by the hotel shuttle.
So far I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel given how reasonable it is. I am a genuine reviewer as you can see from my profile and have posted this to get a bit of balance.

On arrival our room had no bedding or toilet roll, after informing reception we were told it would be fixed tomorrow and to make do for tonight!

The stray cats in the restaurant had more variety for breakfast than the guests, if you dont like eggs or fly infested cheese you’re out of luck, majority of the dishes were empty

Hotel advertised a cocktail bar which didnt serve drinks at all only shisha, a la carte sushi restaurant which was never open once. Staff at both the restaurant and indoor bar were rude, favoured the locals and served the brits half arsed out of date vodka cocktails if you were lucky to catch their attention once every 30 mins.

Water went off multiple times meaning no shower, toilet flush or taps.

Electricity went off multiple times meaning no pool music, no aircon, no tv, no mini bar in room(although it was never filled at any point)

Mess, ants, dirty laundry left lying all over the hotel. Reports off staff fighting, assaulting guests and verbally abusing the guests in Turkish all week long.

If you’re looking for a relaxing stress free get away avoid this hotel, would have a better chance relaxing staying at Jurassic Park!

On my first day food had ran out during lunchtime at the main buffet dinning area. This was very unfortunate as it was my first meal due to the time I had arrived.
I then tried to order food at the snack bar which wasn't ready straight away and there were no plates available. Another guest asked for a plate and the waiter was rude.

The whole point of all inclusive is so you can eat and drink as much as you want and this should be available.
I had to go out for dinner that very evening as I was worried that I would experience the same issue.

The website is promoting a onsite Sushi restaurant which is no longer open. This is false advertisement and they need to update the website!!!! This was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel.
On my second day I took the shuttle bus to the beach and there was no designated signed flags like the other hotel's had, in there section.

The sea is not clean or clear, the sand is brown so way too hot to touch with your feet.
Our bar was only serving coke and water, however some day's this varied.
Our bar staff on the beach was rude, and honestly looked like they couldn't be bothered.
The poor instructions made me miss the shuttle bus back to the hotel.

This hotel has predominantly english-speaking guests but majority of the staff can not understand you.
"It was sometimes a struggle to ask for the most simple things like ice, salt, water or a straw" This was frustrating when I had a question or query.

The evening entertainment wasn't too bad, every evening was different.
With the spa and excursions you can haggle down the price as everyone was charged different. "No consistency at all!!

Honestly if some of the issues was solved this establishment could be a solid 4 star.
They need to change some things and put more money into the business.
A prime example was the beach, the allocated sections for most of the other hotel's had a decent bar, great signage, beach chairs organised neatly and staff that seemed accommodating and happy.

When waiting for a cocktail at the bar not all waiters are experienced and sometimes walking around with no idea what to do.

Overall:
The facilities are ok, but nothing special.
Service is extremely slow, but I become accustom to this.

The walls are thin and the bedroom door has gaps, so I could hear everything, especially in the mornings.

(I am so thankful for the people I met, otherwise it would have been a holiday from hell)
