This hotel really is exceptional, from check-in to departure. I honestly couldn't fault it. Meals in both the Asian and Italian restaurants, as well as breakfast, were fantastic, and the service from staff across the whole hotel was extremely professional in all respects.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for two weeks. Staying in many worldwide 5* establishments around the globe I would say I have a good eye for service and cleanliness levels The staff in this hotel are all trained to a very high level, nothing is too much for them. Any request is dealt with immediately. The hotel seemed to be very well staffed in all areas. All staff in all areas work seamlessly hard from the beach/pool to the greet in and out of thr hotel. We went on abed and breakfast basis. The variety of breakfast was amazing. We had lunch in the hotel either by the restaurant area or beach bar. Again nothing too much trouble to adapt a dish on the menu. A particular member of staff that could not do enough for us was Florentina on Reception. She simple excels in her job and went out of her way to help with any request or question we had. Florentina has a real passion for customer services and we will miss her. We went to the welcome cocktail party which we was not told about upon our check in this was found out from Florentina. This was a really lovely gesture from the Manager of the hotel who spent some time talking to us. We saw the Manager pop up talking to his guests throughout our stay which again was a really lovely touch to see We hope to be able to come back next year and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone of any age Thank you Four Seasons Cyprus for our summer holiday Negative: Upon check in after a very long day of travelling we was checked in immediately. However, the receptionist started to explain about booking restaurants, dates etc. I explained that we were tired and would look I to this the next day. She never told us there was a tablet in the room that actually explained all the restaurants available along with other services like viewing our bill etc. This would have made things alot easier for us than to stand there after a long day trying to absorb the restaurant information verbally explained. Beach restaurant menu for lunch there is no kids menu. The portions are too big for a teenager to eat let alone a small child unless you have more than one child and they can share. I think this needs to be looked into. There is a shower on set back from the beach and we feel that they could be an extra couple of points closer to. The beach for a full shower…

We are quite used to travel. The Four seasons hotel in Limassol came as a pleasant surprise to us. The service was flawless at all levels of the staff. The rooms were clean. We have rarely (if ever) received such a service even at a five Star hotel. The restaurants in the hotel were a little too expensive based om what you received. Very good choice on wines. There are, however, several small tavernas close to the hotel with cheaper prices and excellent food. Breakfast buffet was exceptional regarding both choice, service and taste. We would highly recommend this place if you want to relax with your partner.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, I cannot fault it at all. The staff were all so helpful, professional and couldn't do enough for you. The extra touches left in your bedroom each day was highly appreciated and a special touch. The food in every restaurant was out of this world- everything cooked to perfection with brilliant service throughout. Definitely the best hotel on the island and I shall be returning next year without fail.

Everything about this hotel is luxury. Lobby, rooms, restaurants, pools, gardens, beach, and all the staff are amazing. If you can afford to stay here then don't hesitate. You get what you pay for and more.

Whenever we return to the Four Seasons we know exactly what to expect - great restaurant options, great facilities and the most wonderful staff you are likely to meet anywhere. This was our first visit since the opening of the new Sera Italian restaurant and while we would have liked the superb Vivaldi restaurant to have remained open, with its excellent menu and staff, Sera provides a good alternative. Some new faces in there have quickly met the high standard of professionalism and friendliness which are hallmarks of the hotel and testament to how much it values quality training. A visit for Italian Week by Michelin star chef Ettori Botrini, who is linked to the new restaurant, added interest for staff and diners alike. Although the hotel was fairly quiet during our stay we would have liked a few loungers to have remained available in the adults only area other than the few by the side of the pool there. On occasions the area anywhere near the hotel's main pool became extremely noisy, thanks in particular to one group in which the adults and children seemed to be competing with each other to see who could scream loudest. Great that they were enjoying themselves so much, but some older guests in particular might have enjoyed the quieter option of the adults only area on such occasions. That said one would have to look long and hard to find anything to criticise about this hotel which takes pride in its very high number of returning guests and works hard to turn first time visitors into returning guests. The number of outstanding staff are far too many to mention by name, from front door to top management, but ones who stood out for us on this visit included Kyriakos, Lenia, George, Suren, Savvas, Vasialis, Maria and Melina in the three main restaurants and of course the wonderful Customer Relationships Manager Andreas, whose dedication to ensuring everything possible is done to guarantee a wonderful holiday is legendary - he's simply the best! …

The overall service, friendliness and willing to do their absolute best by all staff was superb. The attention to detail in the lay out of the room and bathroom was also excellent. Overall we loved the design and ambience. Way too many cats - but I understand that is a problem in Cyprus generally! We also very much liked your specially blended for the Four Seasons House white wine - the Xinisteri Assyrtiko. We loved the Chinese restaurant. I lived in Italy for 20 years and to my mind the Italian restaurant was overpriced and the menu was not very inspirational. The T bone steak we ordered for 2 people RARE came medium to well done. To be fair the staff took it off our bill - but that should not have been the case. We liked the Tropical but I think you could expand the lunch menu a bit - by for instance adding some of the things offered for breakfast - like quiche, omelet, parma ham with either fig or melon. To our minds the portions were HUGE but I understand that many of your clients like that. Overall we loved our stay - as I told your deputy manager and asked him to tell the owner. AND we have already booked to come back 1st-10th January. …
