Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Another fantastic week at Tralee Bay. Caravans 52 and 54 this year. Site as ever immaculate, no litter, grass cut, everywhere neat and tidy. Caravans were cleaned to a high standard and no issues with either unit. Weather could have been better but it is just what we expected late on in August and we were prepared for all seasons in one day! When the sun did come out, (and often) I don't think there is anywhere better than the west coast of Argyll and the Highlands. Looking forward to next year.

Property's Favourite Review
Stayed in a different lodge this year but still with an amazing view of the bay. Usual high standards of amenities and cleanliness that we expect from Tralee. We are never disappointed. Lots of lovely pretty little walks for my aging labrador from the site and in the surrounding areas. The site is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing on the eye even in the rain. A lovely relaxing holiday for families. Booked up already for next year.

We have been to Tralee Bay a few times. Always enjoy the location, lodge, views, peacefulness. And especially the fish and chips! Arrears for improvement - cleaning could be better. The WIFI was awful in our lodge which as disappointing. But it won’t put us off returning.

Stayed in the Eigg lodge, so comfortable and had everything we needed. The site is so well kept and just beautiful. Quiet and peaceful The beach is a five minute walk away and just so amazing, we have been going now for at least six years and will be continuing to rebook.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Tralee Bay and it was excellent. We stayed in lodge Willlows 2 overlooking the lily pond, the lodge was spotlessly clean, very spacious and very well equipped. Some lovely walks around this area and the beach is also lovely. In a great location to visit Oban, Fort William and many of the islands. Would definitely stay here again.

Over the years we've taken the kids to Tralee Beach, and for the first time in a long time we decided it was time to get away for a few days on our own. We had been looking for a lodge with a hot tub to just get away from the hustle and bustle, but some of the prices further afield for just a couple of days was crazy! We remembered we'd seen the holiday park from the beach and decided to look at a caravan or lodge, but after a quick online search discovered Tralee had introduced new studio lodges with hot tubs. IDEAL! Balcony with table and chairs, benches around the hot tub, fire pit. It's just fantastic. Price for 3 nights peak holiday time was superb, really impressed. We've been here 2 nights so far, leaving tomorrow and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Out and about during the day, then returning to relax in the hot tub and wind down in the evening. Nice touch is park staff check the Ph levels of the hot tub daily to keep the water safe for use! We're staying in Studio Lodge #4 and it is the perfect location. Top end of the park, right next to the woods, really peaceful and the design of the lodge and it's decking gives great privacy. The lodge is extremely well equipped, from hoover, to hairdryer, top of the range appliances, all the cooking essentials you would need, excellent shower and the added touch of outdoor taps for rinsing off the seawater is a bonus. Soundwise, we can barely hear anyone else, and despite the rain pouring down several time, we could barely hear that too. Lodge is furnished impressively and was clean and tidy. There is a 24 hour laundry available on site, but no shop so be prepared and bring everything you need. That said, there's a store a mile along the road in Benderloch centre! We have honestly been long overdue a quiet break away and this stay has been amazing. Piece of advice for the owners if helpful, there are rubber backed mats at the main door which is perfect for protecting the floor from wet feet, but one inside the balcony door could help preserve the flooring longer also. Airport is just along the road and would highly recommend the scenic tour over Oban, Mull and the islands! Overall, we will 100% return in future and are already planning our next trip.

I went with 3 friends on a motorcycle holiday for a week. We stayed in Chalet Willow 7. On first entry the place was clean fresh and spotless. Their attention to detail was amazing. A big thank you to the cleaning staff for your hard work. You are an asset to the Company. Our stay was brilliant and highly recommend. Best regards to all

I’ve been to Tralee many times and it NEVER disappoints, beautiful clean accommodation and quiet well managed bay, this time we stayed in the new lodges with hot tub, and what a lovely thing to sit and relax sipping our Prosecco in after touring the highlands whilst looking out to sea, the sun beat down on us every day and our little dog is still shattered from swimming from the beach and running through the woods. We never want to leave when we come and it’s a perfect place to holiday. Walking round the ponds and the lovely little track to the beach is perfect especially as over the 25 years we have been coming we’ve aged, it’s offers a safe and quiet holiday. Thank you and hope we’ll see you again

Lovely clean and well kept site The caravan was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Ideal site for our dogs walking to the beach, I'm sure they had a better time than we did. Will definitely be back. Just a pity can't do a long weekend or 4 night week during high season, although I do understand why not.
