Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Camp as it self has nice position by river, two pools, very small shop but you can order bread. Clean chalets and friendly staff. It is hard to say what is it mising but its like has no soul. We are used to camping with" something "different to remember it by that. Here everything worked but we wont remember it.

Beautiful, spacious pitches with plenty of shade. Bathing in the slow-flowing Ain was the absolute highlight. Good play facilities for the kids (football pitch, ping-pong, water slides etc.) Unfortunately the toilets were spartan (no toilet seats) and there was no soap to wash your hands. The restaurant was also a little short on choice (2 types of pizza, chips, hamburgers), but the location, nature and proximity to Pont-de-Poitte are great.

This is not a 4-star campsite as far as we are concerned. Except for the nice location along the river, and perhaps the pool, the site lacked maintenance (grass was not cut on the pitches, some dead hedges, etc) and the sanitary area was outdated and lacked cleaning, certainly at the busy times of the day and evening. We were lucky to have a premium pitch along the river and far away from the play area, pool and entertainment because those are very loud at times. The free WiFi at the bar did not work. The bread service has a very limited selection - it is very easy to walk to the village and buy your bread at the bakery! The staff was not caring - the only big compliment to the gentleman who assisted us with the wasps - he did everything possible to make them go away, cleared the nests and came back multiple times. And every time with a smile and great attitude - 5 stars to him!!

We are sorry that your stay did not meet all your expectations. Our cleaning team visits the toilets several times a day. We have a simple bread depot for customer service, otherwise there is a bakery 500m from the campsite in the village of Pont de Poitte for more choice. The maintenance of the campsite is done regularly, hedge trimming and mowing, but it is true that in high season when the campsite is full, it is difficult for us to find the suitable time slot. Concerned about constantly improving our services, your comments will be taken into account.

Camping is very nice, great staff, good location, but the entire thing is designed to get money out of you for their appalling Wi-fi - bandwidth is not that bad when you can connect, but they manufacture a need to charge per device (over 10 euros per week per device) and then you constantly have to reconnect, so you are basically paying for nothing.
I know there is far more to a holiday then WiFi - but if you are going to charge me a fortune for it, at least do it slightly well

Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your stay at our campsite. We are very grateful and appreciate your comments on the campsite and all the staff. Regarding your remark on Wifi, rest assured that we take it into account in order to improve this service again and again. It is possible that at certain times, the high traffic will reduce the flow. We have the maximum speed that the local network can provide us. For information, we also offer free WiFi in our bar and on the terraces (no obligation to consume). Hoping to welcome you again on your next visit to our beautiful region.

Only managed one night.. The disco / entertainment stopped promptly at 23.30 however the partying continued until well after 3am for some.. Large groups of teenagers screaming, shouting, loud music, running through other peoples places. It was actually a little intimidating being there with young kids. It sounded like a proper riot. No apparent security, barriers were just left up all the time..
Spoke to reception in the morning and although they were quite apologetic, they were clearly not willing or able to do anything to guarantee it would not be the same every night.. So we just left.

Nice large campsite. We had plenty of room and a bit of privacy from the other guests in our camp spot. Nice facilities for the whole family and a short walk from a river and small beach. We also had great wifi coverage though it will cost a few euros.

Pretty good campsite 👍
Friendly staff.
The mobile homes are a little tight and give quite a bad view to the neighbors, too bad.
The big one - of our stay, the neighbors! Very noisy from morning to evening! Every evening until at least midnight no respect for others and the response at the end of the stay: oh well yes people meet up... Yes it's sure but to the point of putting us off enjoying the terrace when even ! In other places from 10 p.m. we ask for peace and quiet for others.

The region is very pretty, but that is the only positive point. Camping: ouch ouch ouch
Despite the name “Comfort Plus”, it’s less comfort. The mobile men are pressed against each other, (you can clearly see the neighbor's buttocks in his bathroom!) Inside it is cramped, in the room you have to walk like a duck. Only two electrical outlets throughout the mobile home.
You have to pay everything in advance (and numerous reminder emails) but you return the deposit late!
We do not recommend

Perfect welcome, Elsa was very responsive to a problem at the start of the stay...thanks to her and the manager.
Very good campsite, you will find everything you need for children/teenagers.
A small beach nearby to cool off and fish
Private health pitch good.. location a little small to put family tent and car.
Practical private bathroom, shower, toilet, fridge.
We will come back
