Mr Santer was one of the best hotel owners we have met. We had a free upgrade, huge room with an amazing view of the hills and mountains, and excellent service all round. Breakfast had lots of choice, and dinner was perfect. We flew in to see Ludovico Einaudi perform for the weekend, and Mr Santer managed to organise for...

I went there with my wife for our anniversary. The Dolomites are beautiful and this place fits in perfectly. The spa is great and offers different types of massages and relaxing options. We had not selected the dinner option so I can't judge it (prices seemed reasonable) but the brunch is big and delicious. So overall the suite was great,...

This hotel has it all - a great restaurant (7 courses every night) a new and very well presented spa and a setting that is both peaceful and convenient. I saw some reviews mentioning the wifi and it's true - it's a bit awkward to use (you have to put your password and user id in your phone, laptop every...

This Italian area has the best hotels of the country, but the Santer exceed expectations. A huge wellness area, a gourmet restaurant, renovated rooms. To give an idea the buffet breakfast included champagne if you were inclined to it. And everything at just 2 hours from Treviso airport.

We had booked to stay 4 nights recently in this hotel. Night 1 we arrived and checked in quite late (10pm). At 11pm we phoned reception to simply request a code for the wifi. Not once but twice a man screamed down the phone at us in German (alles geschossen!: all is closed). Thinking we had the wrong number I...

Unfortunately, we only were to stay in this lovely hotel for half a day and a night. Luckily we stumbled upon it coincidently as we were looking for somewhere to stay the night. The hotel was very nice and neat, and the service was great and they were very kind. Recommend for those wanting to find a great hotel in...

We booked a couple spa and massage experience and it was wonderful, completed with a bottle of Prosecco. The dinners were included with our stay and they were all excellent and delicious. the service was 5 star level and the...

Perfect in every way! We had a beautiful spacious room in the new building. It was spotless clean and very comfortable. Smooth, crispy white bedding, pure pleasure to sleep in. Big modern bathroom had only a couple of shortcomings - there was not enough racks for the towels, especially at the washing basin, and no shower curtain so we could...

This hotel is so physically beautiful and so well planned that I think almost anyone would enjoy staying here. We stayed in the newer building and the room was very large and very comfortable. Inside the door was a vestibule with hooks and a bench for outerwear and shoes, just like coming into your own home. (I love hooks) The...

“The rooms in the Landro Lodge (named for lake Landro) are enormous, modern, spacious, comfortable and worth the splurge. They have nice views and all are quiet due to their double door system. I do not think any room in any part of the hotel would be bad, though these are particularly gracious.”
