Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed this lovely, quiet and well run family hotel in the very pleasant area of Dobbiaco. The hotel is just a bit away from the village, with ample parking. If you do need to take a bus to other areas, there’s a large free parking lot in town. Most of the guests chose half board, tables were set with names of guests for breakfast and dinners. We ate dinner twice and it was very good! The hotel is wonderfully authentic, many antiques and original art accent the spacious rooms. There’s a large lounging room with fireplace that opens to beautiful gardens with some animals in back. Downstairs is an impressive spa. Our room had a balcony which looked out over meadows. I appreciated how soundproof the rooms were and how clean everything was. Beautiful flowers were everywhere! The owners/management were always around and very pleasant, English was spoken well. Highly recommend this spot!

The venue is amazing, wide room with large bathroom, amazing wellness area with saunas, pool, Turkish bath and relaxing area. Confortable restaurant space, with delicious dishes, and well furnished wine kantine. Professional, kind and always available the owners and staff. All hotel is very clean. Only one suggestion, please put some advice for the user of wellness/sauna how to use it and behave. Tkx

I had hoped to spend a week at Hotel Hubertushof so enquired whether there were any special deals for a long stay. The price offered was higher than that advertised on the hotel's own website yet the hotel refused to honour the advertised price. The hotel made no effort to appease me or to make me feel as though they wanted my business and in the end did not even have the courtesy to respond to my last email.

We stayed here for two nights. We had a beautiful time, Andreas and his lovely wife could not have been more welcoming. The food was very good and plentiful, Andreas is a marvellous cook and often uses herbs from his own garden. He was also full of information about the local area, the best routes to take, where to stop to eat and for the best views. The room was clean, and very quiet, and we had two good nights sleep. We spent one day walking up to the gorge and then through to Mittleland, from there we took the cable car up to Germany's second highest mountain. The Gorge is spectacular and the views from the top of the mountain over the Alps were amazing. We caught the bus back to the hotel. Highly recommended, have a great trip!

We based ourselves at the Hubertushof Hotel for a 6 night stay to hike in the surrounding Dolomites. Our host recommended a collection of spectacular hikes and provided all the maps and public transport guidance we needed. We took the half board option and thoroughly enjoyed the meals provided. The hotel has a relaxed and comfortable feel - nothing was too much trouble for the family and their staff. There were a number of guests for whom this was a return visit. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would be pleased to stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Very welcoming and accommodating to English speaking guests. Great location for Dolomite excursions. Dinner and breakfast were both good and they have a bar as well. It is out of the town centre but not far.

Our stay in the hotel was unplanned as we were travelling by car and didn't manage to get to the place we were going to. Fortunatelly there was a room available for us. The hotel is superb clean, very nice design (traditional) and everything is almost new. Attentive service. Breakfast was sufficient, but no warm food avaialble. Surrounding nature is stunning.
