We booked here wanting a week of doing nothing more than eating, drinking and swimming in the sea. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. We used the funicular every day to get to and from the beach. Water lovely to swim in, Costas always there with a smile and a help to find sunbeds. The beach bar food was excellent and freshly cooked every day. We found the food and drink here excellent, the guy who was in charge of the restaurant seating was very professional and his staff always happy to help. The entertainment was fine for us, the 'opera' trio we really enjoyed. We took the bus from the hotel to Corfu town one day, otherwise happy to be in the hotel. The all inclusive package worked well for us as we like to try different cocktails and local spirits. The Expresso Martinis were well made and an after dinner treat for us. Lovely hotel if you just want to get away from it all, the staff were mostly super nice and helpful.

We visited for our honeymoon in July. Pre arrival we had great communication with the hotel - setting us up with a private transfer and letting them know we were on our honeymoon. We arrived just before dinner ended and we were shown to a table so we could get something to eat before the kitchen closed. We were then shown to our room via a golf buggy (the guys who drove these are amazingly friendly, efficient and always stop for you if there’s space on a buggy and you’re walking up the hills to the main building). We had paid for a room with a private pool which we were initially amazed by, but quickly realised we had an ant infestation due to a hole in our front door! To be fair to the hotel, we raised this issue that night and in the morning reception had arranged a new room for us, and this was much cleaner and I couldn’t fault how they handled the situation. The rooms were dated but the private pool was incredible and we used this instead of the main pool. The beach was a steep walk up/down, or you can get the lift, which was slow but an option. The beach had comfy loungers and a great bar. The staff here were very attentive and the lady at the bar quickly learnt our drink orders and would come and deliver them as soon as we’d sat down. The food here was much nicer than the options at the main restaurant so we ate here for lunch daily. The main restaurant still needed reservation bookings for dinner which was annoying and the options were limited outside of the salads (of which there was a great choice). I’m usually a fan of all inclusives and I know the limitations, but it was suprisingly limited for a 5* hotel. There were also hours inbetween lunch and dinner where there were no ‘all inclusive’ food options available - any food needed to be paid for which I’ve never experienced before. The outside dining area was lovely. We spent most of our evenings at the bar in the far corner overlooking the sea rather than the main bar with the entertainment. The barman at this bar was amazing - we went above and beyond and remembered our room number and drinks orders each evening. When it wasn’t busy we would chat and he was such an asset to the hotel. He was working alone and sometimes it was so busy I was amazed how calm he stayed making multiple drinks orders. Overall the staff made this hotel. the hotel itself is very dated and desperately needs an update. Pros - friendly staff (servers, reception, golf buggies, barman) - private pool - beach bar food - beautiful location and grounds Cons - dated decor - holes in doors that let ants in - lack of food options - no all inclusive food options between lunch and dinner

A quiet hotel built into the side of a cliff with fabulous views over the sea with entrancing sunsets. Large room with comfy bed and spacious balcony Free safe. Umbrellas supplied in room (because should it rain you will get wet trying to get anywhere) Plenty of wardrobe space and lots of coat hangers Nice shower which has a shelf for soap and shampoo (essential but so often missing) Small TV with poor reception. Few channels in English Free bottle of water everyday in room and free water at dinner (a really nice touch which other hotels should copy especially in hot climates) The resort is a large sprawling estate. There are two ways to get to the Reception, bar and Restaurant at the top (or three if you count climbing several flights of steps) Firstly there are the golf buggies. However the walkways are very narrow so they only pick you up from the road at the East side of the resort. Since the site is 150 to 200 metres wide it can mean a long walk to the road to get to a buggy, possibly in the rain. Secondly there is the funicular railway on the West side which goes from the beach at the bottom to the Reception at the very top. As with the buggies you may have a walk to get there. The funicular has several shortcomings - Firstly it is very slow. Secondly the programming seems rather suspect. If on level 5 you press to go up to the Restaurant the car comes from level 3 and once you are in it proceeds to go down to level 1 to pick people up from the beach. This is made worse by the limit of 8 passengers so often the carriage is full and cannot accept any more people. Thirdly if passengers do not close the door fully when they leave, the car is locked at that level. Lastly if it is raining the hotel switches the railway off. Food is a little disappointing for this standard of hotel. The other TUI Blue's we have been to before far outshine this offering. Nice breakfast selection but no attempt to keep the hot food warm. Eggs and bacon are fried and just put on a cold stand. Plates are not hot either. We were Half Board so did not sample the lunch but snacks at the bar are good at a reasonable price. Evening meal - starters are mainly salad or cheese or more salad. Little meat, eggs or fish. There is a dedicated Vegetarian and Vegan area which I did not sample. Good choice of main courses but as with breakfast there was no attempt to keep the food hot. Nice desert selection. Restaurant staff were excellent, Reception staff were friendly, but difficult to get the attention of the bar staff.

We have stayed in this stunning hotel twice now. The location is unique, set on a steep hill and surrounded by trees. With a beach at the bottom of the hill, accessible by cable car. The pool area is simply beautiful. Dining beside it in the evening with daily, glorious sunsets. The staff are first class and make the whole holiday hugely memorable. Outstanding food, something for all tastes and some great evening entertainment. If you’re looking for a relaxing break this is the place for you.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good food. Buffet style service not to everyone’s taste but fine with us. A system of golf caddy carts transports guests from rooms to the beach or to restaurants. Very efficient and easily summoned. Beach is stony and water shoes are essential for swimming.

This was our first time to Corfu and we loved the idea of an adult only retreat so we could focus on us. From the outset, as we were being booked in, everyone was offered a glass of champagne and the book in was seemless. Then we were directed to some staff who drove us to our room in electric golf bimuggies with our luggage. This hotel has this chauffer facility which is amazing as the hotel is built into the side of a very steep hill. The chauffeurs will take you to your room, or to the beach, and back again for free. We were a little disappointed with our room, we were expecting a bit more class being a 5 star adult only resort but it was scarcely fitted. The aircon didn't work either. The hotel sorted this quickly and moved is to another room which was better but the door kept sticking. We did expect more from the hotel in this regard. The room, a superior grade room, felt a bit 3 star hotel The food was good and all the staff were lovely Cats.... cats.... so Greece is well known for having lots of stray cats and at this hotel, we had cats visit us every single meal. They don't make a pest if themselves. We love cats and our hearts broke when we had to leave as we had gained the trust if some of the cats. We would give them meat from the hotel and even bought out own cat food for them The hotel offers evening entertainment and is a really peaceful location. We miss corfu

The staff are mostly pleasant and attentive with the exception of the 2 girls who wait on in the bar who had their special guests and on the whole ignored most people, we went all inclusive to find the drinks are extra if you want any branded spirits or decent wines. We upgraded to a room with a pool, the pool was so cold it wasn't unusable and was not worth it, the mini bar in the room is the same as the standard room this surprised me, 2 beers and 6 cans of soft drinks, if I had paid full price an extra €1000 so really not worth it. The food in the restaurant is a varied choice with different menus each evening, the entertainment was really good. The indoor pool is good to swim in, the gym needs more equipment, the sauna was very good along with the steam room, we didn't try the spa as I expect some treatments in with a 5 star hotel to be in withthe price. The main issue with the place is its very steep, the major bar and restaurant are at the top of the site and due to the steepness a chore to keep going to. The saving grace is the beech bar that offered snacks in the day time. The holiday resort is branded as 5 star, it is not its more a 4 star and that is being generous. I expect a higher standard of food and drinks in a 5 star hotel. I cannot see us going again but it's not a bad hotel its just over hyped.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. The hotel is amazing, it's on a hilltop and the scenery is stunning. We came in October and managed to get a bed every day. Unsure what its like in summer holidays. The hotel staff are so very friendly from the restaurant staff, bar staff to the amazing buggie cart drivers. Food is delicious with plenty of choice. You can also eat at the beach and everything is included, drinks, snacks, lunch. It's brilliant as I've been on many all inclusive holidays and a day trip to the beach you have to either ask reception for a snack lunch box or buy something once there. Not at this hotel though, everything on hand. Spa and indoor swimming pool nice. The maid service is fantastic, rooms cleaned every day and toiletries replaced, towels replaced, drinks in mini fridge topped up, new bottles of water. The hotel is adults only from 16 years and above and is so quiet and relaxing. I'm a huge cat lover so was glad to see the cats around the hotel, most guests bought them cat kibble. The cats looks very clean and looked after too, not your usual strays we get back home. We named the cheeky ginger cat George. The hotel is on a hillside bit they provide golf buggies or the railway lift to get you about the place. Opera night is absolutely brilliant, 10 out of 10 for the singers, everyone loved them. Greek night was another great evening. The hotel has a bus (big coach) that goes into Corfu Town every day for 5 euros each. way. The area around the hotel on way to Corfu is full of rubbish, graffiti and looks deserted in parts. Corfu Airport was a nightmare with all flights coming in at the same time and passport control queues. We also had a very long wait for our luggage. Thought it had gone missing as we waited so long. Pool is freezing. Some of the older male staff a bit serious faced. You are given times for evening meal which is a bit daft as they never ask once you arrive, plus you feel the need to rush from what your doing to get back for your meal time. Room tax is 4 euros per night and is paid at the end of holiday but I believe its going up in price next year so keep money aside for this. Lovely hotel and would recommend 100%

We have stayed in a lot of Atlantica hotels in the past so we're excited to book this one in Corfu for a week Staff are so friendly especially the resturant and reception they have worked tiredlsy since May without many day's off but still accomadting with a smile The original room we had on arrival the bathroom had a very high smell of sewage looked like the toilet had been sealed around the bottom but the smell was disgusting the air con did not work it was in need of updating We were moved straight away no problem to a beautiful sea view room by the helpful receptionist The hotel looks tired and could do with upgrading the bed rooms and main area's when we look at the standard in other Atlantica hotels being a 5 star I think 4 star would be fitting for this hotel There is nothing around the hotel it's so peaceful views amazing but inside would be better to do now than later to keep the 5 rating If it was not for the staff and food I think there would be more comments

Views are amazing. Staff couldn’t do enough. We had meals in all the restaurants and lobster night. Food was amazing. The rooms are clean tidy and comfy. Buggy’s when ever needed. Also went for a couples massage and secret garden breakfast for our wedding anniversary. More than enough sun beds around the pool and on the beach. Beautiful place to relax and recharge and reconnect with our busy life. Didn’t want to leave. We will be going back
