A super 3-bed sea-view Villa with a nice size pool, a decent kitchen and plenty of relaxing space to spend as much of the day as you'd like. Reasonably easy stroll down to the beach (steep), past super market, bars and restaurants. The welcome pack is super, and the space is light and airy. I feel like this could be a 5-star accommodation, but it just isn't maintained like one. From the broken toilet seat to the sharp edges on the pool - here is a villa that needs something of the female touch. Easily remediated, but so enjoyment of beauty can be marred by simple oversights. The challenge facing you the reader, is whether any other establishment is noticeably better. I'd hazard some would be - but certainly not all.

We stayed here for 7 nights as a family of 4 with two friends. First of all the views are to die for and you didn't get tired of just sitting by the pool taking in the stunning scenery. Villa was spotlessly clean, bedrooms were big with plenty of room for all. We used to sit in the off kitchen area every night after our days out just chilling. The villa had everything we needed. Only negatives was the barbecue hadn't been cleaned out and there were cigarette butts in the barbecue and in an ashtray full of water. Fridge and freezer were a bit temperamental didn't always work properly which when it was 33c plus outside you needed to be able to chill your drinks etc properly. We did have the odd issues with water supply which I think is an issue with the supply on the island not so much a villa issue however this is not great when you are in the shower with a head full of shampoo and the shower stops working totally. Any minor issues we had were responded to very quickly by Marina so full marks for Uniques service levels on these.Other than that the infinity pool is fantastic the villa was serviced twice whilst we were there although we weren't aware when they were coming. we were thinking of staying further North on the island next time but I have yet to find a villa with the same size design pool and views to boot.Would definitely go back and probably will sometime next year!

Pleasant for a relaxing 5 day stay for us. Views are good (save for the telephone wires); place is private and quiet. Very sparsely furnished; could use a couple of end tables here and there. Fully furnished kitchen is an exaggeration. Swimming beach is a short drive with lots of parking; water was refreshing and sandy bottom was welcome. The water is fairly shallow and crystal clear making it a good place to swim. Did not try any of the nearby eateries, but there are several near the beach.

Lithero villa in lordata - looked great in the photos. visited in October to see if it would ok for our wedding. looked shabby and needed tidy up - emailed Unique villas who said they would sort it ready for our wedding in June. Arrived looked ok but still a bit shabby - but accepted it as was. Then the electric went in the whole area - which would not have been problem only ours did not come back on. Faulty wiring meant that it kept tripping leaving us with a fridge/freezer full of food - defrosting and no cooker for 48 hours --- spoilt our wedding plans ... so very upset . none ansering our emails or calls. . could not even use the BBQ as it was in such a filthy state. 48 hours went by and finally thanks to one of our wedding guests - we got hold of someone and they along with our guest - managed get power to some of the villa - we had to move the fridge/freezer in front of main door so that we could use those plugs. also found a pin in one of the plug sockets making it live (what if my grandchild had brushed by it)?? rats in the garden and which apparently is acceptable??? riddled with ants which stung my granddaughter twice. £2000 per week this villa cost me - my wedding was spoilt. Even the caretaker who came agreed the wiring was shabby and needed a full repair on it - so we agreed to the temporary measures and advised the concierge that none on should rent it until it was fully functional and safe. only positive was the cleaner who was lovely.
