This is a a beautiful villa. Very well designed as built into the hill side and so there are sea views on all sides. It is spacious inside and out. There is ample seating areas on the terraces, with the main terrace stretching across the whole of the villa This is all on the first floor and the views are stunningly beautiful. On the lower level are 3 of the bedrooms and a spacious outside area with sun loungers and umbrellas and the amazing infinity pool.We could not fault it. A nice touch to provide towels for the pool and the beach, and also hair dryers. The only downside for me was I booked this in 2019 and since have developed knee problems. It is seriously steep and I had difficulty in getting down to the beach and Yannis Taverna. We ate there all but one night as the food was so good and he offered to pick me up in his 4 wheel drive and pick me up and take me back each time. The rest of the party climbed in the back. We hired a boat for 2 days to explore the area. I emailed Aphrodites super market from the Uk and arranged a pick up with them for the day we arrived and then emailed the day before to top up supplies which they delivered and took upstairs for us. Christina at Kaminaki villas has been good to deal with and carried the booking over to this year as our flights were cancelled twice because of Covid. I highly recommend the villa and the company and Yannis Taverna. I just wish I was still there!!

I didn't really want to leave this review because Villa Christina and Villa Kyma feel like our own little, special secret. We have stayed in both villas on several occasions and there are no words to explain how special they are to us. Nothing is too much for Christina and her family and they will help in any way they can.

We have travelled with four generations of the family and all ( from babies and "teens" to great grandmothers) have had the most magical time. The villas are so private with such beautiful views, but getting to the beach only takes five minutes on foot. Admittedly a little longer, getting back up, but even then, it's only a ten minute walk. We decided not to bother with car hire and the taxis and shopping deliveries never let us down. Water sports, amazing tavernas and boat hire are all within walking distance.

The internet is fantastic, which was essential for the "teens" and all the furnishings and the whole "feel" of each villa is relaxed, welcoming and very comfortable. Both villas have a real feeling of space, so we could all find moments of peace and quiet. The outside spaces and pools are wonderful, nestled in the privacy of the olive groves. The lovely cleaning staff are brilliant.

We have stayed in many villas, from budget to luxury, and have tried to work out why this is so special. Obviously, the location is breathtaking, but we have come to realise that the personal touch, the fact that this is a family business, makes all the difference to the level of care that you get. Five stars all the way!!!!

My third visit to Kaminaki beach and my first stay with Kaminaki Villas. Bijou Studio did not disappoint. Was the most delightful and perfect space for a solo female holidaymaker. Private, safe, secure and secluded but with access to beach and taverna on the doorstep. The welcome pack was very generous and the additional provision of a beach towel a welcome luxury. Christina (the owner) and her family were extremely welcoming and it was very reassuring to know that they were right there if I had any problems.

For my 50th birthday we treated ourselves to a week in the top of The Yellow House in Kaminaki. We usually stay in more basic accommodation at Kaminaki, traveling on a shoestring, and it was wonderful staying somewhere more comfortable and spacious for a change. There are so many reasons that Yellow House Upper is a good choice for a family of 6 - here are a few:
- located right on the beach with beautiful views and no climb
- total privacy on the upper level beneath the Wisteria canopy
- private parking space
- gorgeous interior decor including a glamorous shower room
- Christina and her lovely family living nearby, always helpful and welcoming.

The only problem with this villa is that having stayed there I do not want to return to the more basic accommodation that we usually stay in! Thank you Christina for a wonderful holiday :-)

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Kaminaki staying at this beautiful old house. It has been tastefully updated to include all mod cons but still retains character and some wonderful original features. Its central location is also ideal for two local tavernas which are less than two minutes walk away.

We particularly loved the outside space and shaded terrace of the upper house with its fantastic views over the bay towards the mainland. It was a joy just to sit there and listen to the sound of the sea with a chilled drink in hand! You can really make this sort of holiday as restful and relaxing or as energetic as you want it to be depending on your preference. For us it was rest and relaxation!

Christina and her family were close on hand if needed but never intrusive and quickly sorted out a few very minor issues when we contacted them. All in all, we would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a holiday in this very pretty part of Corfu.

Beautifully furnished little cottage with its own terrace and dipping pool (and air con). Terrific view of the sea (even from the bed), a little piece of heaven among olive trees, just 150 metres from Kaminaki beach. I absolutely loved it! Christina, the proprietor, is so nice, nothing is too much. She really makes you feel welcome. I will definitely be back!

We were very impressed from the moment the taxi Christina arranged, collected us from the airport and delivered us to the Upper Yellow House, which sits right on the gorgeous sea at Kaminaki. Beautiful decor with a well equipped kitchen containing a welcome hamper, meant we didn't immediately need to go shopping, When we did, the owners from Aphrodites supermarket picked us up and dropped us home with delicious Greek food. My daughter still talks about how the hummus was made in front of her! We didn't hire a car, preferring instead to rent a boat from Kaminaki Boats in the cove, which enabled us to explore different villages and tavernas along the coastline. When we wanted to stay closer to home we ate at the friendly Spiros taverna next door. A truly wonderful and relaxing holiday, which had everything we needed for two teenagers and two over worked parents. Christina was incredibly accommodating and efficient from the moment we enquired about booking until we had to sadly say goodbye. We really hope we will be back in the near future!

We had a lovely week at Villa Christina in June. The villa was well equiped inside and out with everything we could have wanted there. All the bedrooms with air-conditioning and bathrooms was a real treat for the whole family. The pool was enormous and used a lot, especially after walking up the hill from the beach! Christina and her father made us feel very welcome and we would love to come back again.

A great place to be out of it, but close enough to some of the best tavernas, most beautiful bays, quiet days and the beach - just feet away.
The accomadation is well maintained, comfortable and has all you need.
The owners, close, very nice and not intrusive.
We will return to this 'very special place,

Hi, We stayed at the Yellow House Upper down at the Kaminaki beachfront; none of those beachfront properties have a pool - so I guess you're referring to another of the Kaminaki Villa properties. Suggest you contact Christina (who operates all the properties) at info_at_kaminakivillas_com and she will explain all... Best wishes, Bill
