We stayed here for 1 week in August 2021. A family of 3 in a studio. The location of these apartments is brilliant, the beach is 5 mins away and it’s a lovely Long Beach with a few beach bars and a snack bar. There are also a few shops dotted along the road to the beach so we would pop here for a sandwich and a few beers to have in the beach for lunch - also cheap! 2 sunloungers & umbrella was €8.
Tsilivi is full of bars & restaurants there really is no need to be all inclusive, the apartments are smack bang in the middle of everything so you can stroll round of an evening and choose somewhere lovely to eat - again not too expensive.
The pool is lovely but we went to the beach everyday. We did see a lot of towels on loungers so I’m assuming you would have to get up early to claim one!
The only 2 things missing out of our apartment which we felt we needed were a full length mirror and a dustpan & brush ( lots of sand on the tiles from our trips to the beach. The apartment was very quiet during the night time and pitch black thanks to the shutters on the patio doors. All in all 10/10 for location & a self catering holidays

This was the first time our family of four (with daughters aged 9 and 12) had been abroad so I did lots of research to try and find the right accommodation and location. St Denis was everything we hoped for. The room was basic but perfectly equipped and kept pristine by daily visits from the lovely cleaning lady with clean fluffy towels and sheets every other day. We didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything I think you would need for whatever meals you would be wanting to prepare. Air con is 12 euro a night but well worth it, and almost silent.

The pool and outside areas are beautifully landscaped and is kept pristine with the grounds hosed down every morning and the pool cleaned daily. There are balls and inflatables for visitors to use. Towards the end of the holiday we noticed people were getting up earlier and earlier to put towels on the beds (some as early as 6am!) and then not turning up to use them till mid morning which was annoying. The pool was well used but I would never had said unbearably busy. Just a fun, friendly atmosphere. If you want an empty pool you can do lengths in I can’t imagine you would chose a pool at a family resort anyway? Another review mentioned cats being an issue. Yes there are cats around but no more than other places on the island and they certainly don’t come near the rooms or approach people. If anything they are timid and avoid contact so don’t let this put you off and I can’t see why cats outside a complex would be a problem for anyone even with allergies.

Food and drinks at the pool bar are great. The music is playing all day but not too loud. We were pretty close to the bar, but when in the room with windows shut at night you couldn’t hear anything and it didn’t disturb our sleep at all.

The location was perfect, 2 mins to shops and restaurants, 3 mins to beach. A perfect location for a family. Would love to return one day!

Room Tip: If you want a pool day, get your towels out as they are ‘reserved’ quite early.

I cannot say a bad word about these apartments. Situated a five minute walk from both the beach and bars/restaurants is ideal but it is still peaceful and quiet. Looked after by a great team, from management down to the cleaners they are all so polite/ friendly and very hard working.
Our apartment was spotless and was cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis, the pool area was lovely with more than enough sun beds although some brits still got up early with their towels to reserve beds. the bar was well stocked and well priced and the food was always good and cooked freshly to order. originally we were booked to go to Thassos but looking back now I am glad it was changed and we ended up at the St Denis as we both loved our holiday here and would not hesitate in recommending to others.

We spent two weeks here from the 4th September. We had a 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool. The apartment was lovely and spacious and clean. It was cleaned everyday except Sunday with regular sheet and towel changes. I don’t know why they feel the need to charge for a safe especially as it only needed a code rather than a key. The air con was also expensive and of course there were the usual old men out as early as 6:30am with theirs and their friends towels to make sure the beds were booked but you get that everywhere, it really wasn’t necessary as there were plenty of beds to be had. The apartments were a five minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants.
Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Tsilivi.

I'm a Travel Agent 28 years a decided to have a 4 night break away for the first time alone, St Denis was perfect, great apartment with everything you need, I was greeted instantly by a lovely lady and showed me to my room, 1 minute walk away from the pool reception and onsite supermarket, the apartments are basic but I would say way better than standard Greek self catering and spotlessly cleaned daily, the bed was extremely comfortable and air con worked well, it stated I only had a bath in the two bedroom apartment so was pleasantly surprised to have a walk in shower, pool area was always well maintained and chilled atmosphere and open all day from 9am the music some days was a little too load for me but quiet enough to still read my book, never an issue with getting a sun bed at any time of the day which was a delight for peak season, you are 3 minutes walk away from the beach and moments away from shops, bars and restaurants but tucked away enough for peace and quiet, transfer from airport 20 minutes but longer on return as more pick ups but still only 45 minutes.
I have travelled a lot in my many years in travel from basic to 5 star deluxe and would say St Denis wins hands down on accommodation standards for Greece self catering and wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend it to my customers, family and friends, many I spoke with were on their 2nd or 3rd visit.
Top tip in the local restaurants is you may prefer the starter menu as the mains are large portions, you must try the feta in filo pastry served with warm Greek honey accompanied with sesame seeds or pistachio's.
Zante Town is 12 Euro's each way and takes less than 10 minutes but unfortunately the main road was closed whilst I was there so would have taken 25-30 minutes at 35 Euro's each way and would struggle to get one back late at night but be sure if the road is open.

Myself and my 15 year old daughter came away for just a short 4 night break and booked last minute. We looked at lots of options but came across St Denis Apartments and checked the reviews and we were impressed.
I have to say, it did not disappoint!
Firstly, we arrived in the afternoon and after we checked in, we headed to the pool area and found there to be plenty of space around the pool, it was peaceful but with nice background music from the pool bar. The food and drinks at the pool bar were all lovely! We ate here for lunch most days. The staff on the bar were always pleasant, especially the bar man in the evening who made us some really tasty mocktails and weak pina coladas. He was always chatty and had some good recommendations for the local tavernas.
The cleaners we passed on a regular basis always said hello, one particular lady was so lovely every time and made an effort to say hello and make conversation. Our room was made up for us each morning with fresh towels.
The pool was spotlessly clean, the sun beds comfortable and lots of space! People tend to reserve their beds around the pool early in the mornings so if you’re particular, you may want to set an alarm to get what you want. We weren’t fussy and took our pick from whatever was left.
There are mainly families and couples that stay here and that suited us as we weren’t here for the party atmosphere. Similarly, Tsilivi isn’t a party town but has plenty going on in the days and evenings! We ate somewhere different every evening and we went to the bakery and patisserie on the corner, just up the road every morning for iced caramel lattes and croissants or muffins (the lemon muffin was out of this world!)
You’re spoilt for choice with the location of this hotel. Any which direction you choose, there’s something to do - shops, tavernas, bars, hair wraps and henna tattoos, the beach!
I haven’t been to Tsilivi in 20 years but I was not disappointed with my return and would recommend to all!
Thank you to all the staff that made this holiday for me and my daughter one to remember. We would love to come back again!

We had a fantastic holiday here, we loved the apartments, everything was great, the pool, the staff, the food, the cleaners, everything. We had a lovely two bed apartment, all separate rooms, powerful shower over a bath, air con was €12 a night for both units, unsure about the safe as we didn’t use it, had a tall fridge with ample room, small freezer but again ample
Room to store bottles of water to freeze, kettle, toaster, cooker with hob, all really
clean, heard you can ask for an iron or hairdryer from reception but can’t confirm this. The bar was great, open all day from 9am, had nice food throughout the day, great barman at night, made the kids great mocktails and also made great pink ladies and cosmopolitans ⭐️ all in all we had a wonderful time, Thankyou all very much 💙

We have just returned from a brilliant stay at St Denis.
We arrived about 11pm and were met off the coach and taken to our room no problems.
We stayed in the superior 2 bed sea and pool view and it was fantastic so much space 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms kitchen and 2 balconies. The beds were really comfy. Air con, safe and the tourist tax were extras we needed to pay on arrival about €240 for all but this is stated so we were ready for that
The kids loved the pool, we had to get up around 7.30 to get a lounger as they all got reserved but find this standard now everywhere we go. We ate lunch at the pool bar a few times and it was nice, love the pizzas and club sandwich. Food served until 4.30 and drinks until around 1am. Music is played at the pool but I didn’t find this to loud I could still read and it gives it a good atmosphere.
The location is perfect right in the town with shops bars and restaurants just outside the hotel. We loved the MainStage bar for drinks and cocktails just across from the back gate. The kids loved the quiz and bingo on Wednesday and Saturdays.
Would definitely return!

We went on the turtle spotting cruise booked through TUI and this was really good would recommend.

Lovely apartments in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The pool is lovely and pretty with sunbeds dotted around. A great pool bar with lovely food too. The grounds are very well maintained and even has its own little Chapel St Denis in the grounds. Had a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking pool. Very spacious, had everything we needed. Aircon was a bit expensive but definitely needed. I did find the layout of apartment a bit odd. 2 bedrooms, a kitchen diner and a bathroom. There was no lounge to chill out in so we used the balcony for that. Maybe thats just my preference but we got used to it. Also, the pool is open to non guests for free (providing they buy food and drink at the pool bar). This was a bit annoying some days if you wanted to find a sunbed but a lot taken up by non residents. The staff are lovely and friendly and would definitely return.

I had a week's stay here to recharge my batteries this September when a holiday to Corfu
was cancelled. Lucky me!! I had a wonderful week in a spacious well equipped 2 bed apartment. I was initially disappointed not to get upstairs appt however my ground floor apartment had nice terrace overlooking the pool and a fabulous
new bathroom with level access shower. The beds had toppers so are really comfy.
The staff here were lovely Viviene greeted us on arrival and the Owner Regina was also a frequent visitor and on my birthday which I was there for flowers, wine and cake was left as a lovely surprise. They also assisted printing off paperwork for return to UK. Costas and Max manned the bar in a friendly relaxed manner and Irene and Doretta the reception/shop were always there with a smile to help with any thing you needed... I feel bad not knowing everyone's names... The food from bar was great and don't know the cooks name. The cleaners who came every day always said hello with a smile.
Prices for food and drinks were very competitive and good quality as was the supermarket.
The apartments are centrally based in tsilivi with lots of shops restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The beach is a minute or twos walk away however didn't go there much as the pool is gorgeous set in lovely gardens.
I had a great stay and hope to return soon if I can get it booked as it is obviously very popular.
