As an ex rep in Zante I was aware of the hotel but had never personally stayed myself. Me and a group of friends and our families all decided to book this hotel at first we were a little apprehensive with seeing this was a 2* property but that is the norm within Greece overall.

I have to say we were very surprised by this property. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish we loved it that much that we’ve booked again for next year.

The staff go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time and the food and drinks around the pool are reasonably priced and cocktails in the evening are even better than some that you get outside of the hotel.

Maids cleaned the rooms daily and even when I mentioned about the air con in my room giving a slight smell off it they were quick to come up and clean the filter to ensure that it was removed.

Everyone within the hotel were extremely friendly and we made friends for life with certain people.

I have seen reviews regarding the broken steps on the pool there were a few cracks in them which could do with being fixed as I did trap my hand in there slightly.

Overall no complaints and will be back again next year.

Just back from a week. Husband and three teenage boys. These apartments are in an excellent, central location. Rooms are basic with some updating started. We chose here as good price in summer holidays. Pool staff are lovely and welcoming. Well done to Alex and Johan. Food at pool bar was amazing. Did not have a bad meal at all. Amazing salads, breakfasts, omelette etc.
Tsilivi is an amazing place with something for everyone. The location is ideal to go out, visit restaurants and bars further out then return to some late bars just beside apartments and then to bed. Even though right in centre, noise is not a problem.

Downsides:
Continues to need updating. Our room on top floor was more basic than our sons room on middle floor.
Pool area needs more cleaning attention and beds sorting.
Sheets and towels need washing more than they are at present.

We would definitely stay again. We knew this place had low star rating when booked. You do get what you pay for as they say. Lovely holiday and will be back.

Let's get something in to prospective these apartments where the cheapest on jet2 so there not 5star as in 5 star but they are a base In the centre of town , 1 minute walk to a supermarket and bars . The room was very clean I personally wouldn't stay if you planned on self catering as the kitchen was very basic no microwave just a fridge and some cups etc and I'd pack a decent bottle opener for your wife sorry wine . No view from balcony as your in the town centre . Pool bar was ok for a beer or 2 didn't eat food but looked OK. A large Spar shop bang nxt door. Overall ok on a budget

Terrible accomodation even for a 2 star

The accommodation was not fit for purpose. We knew it would be basic as it had a 2 star rating. It was a cheap price and now I truly believe that you get what you pay for!

My family and I have just had a 19 night stay at the Georgia Apts in Tsilivi, Zante. We knew it would be basic as it was a 2 star but you seriously need to reconsider sending people there. We booked an extra long holiday as we couldn't go away last year due to our eldest son being in hospital for 6 months with Leukaemia. This was supposed to be a special holiday!

Firstly, there was a constant smell of drains throughout the accommodation.

Secondly, the shower was barely a trickle and was barely hot.

Thirdly, it was a 2 bed apt but only one room had air con and so the other bedroom was like an oven.

However, my biggest complaint is about the pool and I did raise this while in resort.

The pool was closed for 4 days (Thu 17 Aug - Sun 20 Aug). The water was green. There was a tiny notice on reception saying it was shut due to technical difficulties.

On Monday 21st, the pool reopened and it looked OK. My husband and sons went in and came out green - skin and swimwear. I raised this as an issue especially due to my elder son having a weakened immune system due to having Leukaemia last year. It was a health hazard. After that, despite being assured that the pool was safe, I did not allow my family to go in as I was worried about my son becoming ill.

The Jet2 Customer Helper told me that she was looking into compensation on Tues 22nd Aug. I heard nothing about it before we left on Sat 26th.

For all of the days we didn't use the pool (10), we had to go to other pools which were free to use as long as we bought drinks/food. This cost us around €20 a day.

Other people complained about the pool and the general state of the accommodation too.

I don't mind staying in basic accommodation but the least I expect is a fully working shower and access to a clean and safe swimming pool. I would suggest you reconsider having this accommodation as part of your portfolio as it is not fit for purpose.

I have booked a 3 star for next year and am hoping that Jet2 don't let us down again.

After reading some rather uncomplimentary reviews we arrived with some trepidation. Whilst these apartments are self catering good luck trying to make a meal the cooking equipment and utensils are pretty basic to say the least ,small fridge NO toaster which I would have thought would be standard but I believe this is all about making you purchase from the bar , the room was very clean and cleaner came most days and changed sheets every 3 days . The pool area is adaquate but in need of quite a bit of tlc and served us for our week but be warned white swimwear is a NoNo in the pool it will become green! and they don't allow food or drinks to be taken to the pool, again only food purchased from the bar allowed!! Air con was an additional cost €10 per day(wasn't aware of this on booking) .Location v. good supermarket nextdoor .Overall Basic but room clean this was booked as a budget holiday and that is what we got .

Apart from location this place has nothing going for it. Should be renamed Faulty Towers. Bedding stained. A shower that is a joke, spits out very little water and is always cold. Two days of the holiday no water at all and no apology or sympathy from staff who don't seem to there in the first place. Pool shut for four days as it turned green then told on day five it was cleaned and OK so we tried it and all our swimwear turned green and had to be binned, again staff not bothered and this added extra costs to our holiday to visit other pool bars and repla e swimwear. Never used the pool for the rest of the holiday but on speaking to others who did their swimwear was ruined as well. The drain smell in the rooms and building is absolutely disgusting. We would never set foot in the place again. Avoid if you can.

The apartments are really central to bars restaurants etc. and that’s the only good thing I can say about the place. The whole place is a shambles, the poolside is falling apart the steps into the pool are falling off and the smell is nauseating. Shabby discoloured bedding and towels and they have the cheek to have notices in the room saying if you stain the linen you are liable to pay €15 per item.!! Now to the so called refurbished rooms BEWARE!!! the corners of the beds are razor sharp and after accidentally bumping into one of these corners I ended up with ten stitches to my leg! I had to pay an excess of £150 for treatment and neither the management or jet2 could care less. With the exception of Alex and Johan the staff are are very standoffish and unfriendly. Plenty of better places in Tsilivi to spend your money. My advice is keep away.

Don't know where to start really. Classed as Self Catering but although we always eat out anyway, if you were on a budget and planning to prepare some meals in these rooms you've got no chance. We did attempt to make a sandwich one day but had to go out to buy a knife that would cut a tomato. Hardly any utensils, no toaster or microwave, socket for kettle half way up the wall and kettle had to be put against sink for it to reach. Rusty hob if you fancy trying to cook anything. Whole place stinks of sewerage, even by pool bar where people were eating breakfast. Pool started to turn green after a couple of days and when this was highlighted to the management all they could say was don't worry its ok, it's normal. Eventually got so bad they had to shut the pool. All in all for a 14 day holiday the pool looked normal for two days. The whole place just cries out neglect and the management just want to take people's money. Never go here again. Avoid.

I was a little skeptical about going back to Georgia's after Elena and Takis left, however I shouldn't have worried.

Yes it is different and has a different vibe but still an enjoyable place to stay

The beds are comfortable and linen changed once a week, rooms cleaned daily.

Pool area kept clean. Plenty of sun loungers though some selfish families reserved 10 beds together then didn't use them all 😡

Food at the pool bar was good and great value

All in all a great place to stay

Room 23 on top floor was very dated and dingy. The bedding and pillows were marked and stained. We booked a 3 bed studio and only 2 single beds and would have struggled to place another bed in this room. The shower could not be used unless you held shower head in your hand to shower and that was only when you got water which was very intermittent. The pool was a green colour and couldn’t even see bottom of it and we didn’t even go in the pool because of this. The cooking facilities was a plug in 2ring stove top with the wires exposed so not very safe. The staff are very nice so that is the only compliment I have for these apartments and the location. The smell around the apartments and in the room is not good either. Will definitely not return . Oh and lock the door twice because it can just be pushed open .
