This hotel is not as described. The pool is not included unless you are buying food and drink from the pool bar. Even if staying at the hotel you cannot bring your own supplies into the pool area. The separate pool for kids is a small paddling pool. The plethora of activities was non existing! I strongly wouldn't recommend this hotel to families. We included breakfast in our package, don't go hoping for a selection as on offer on the inclusive breakfast menu, 2 boiled eggs, toast, ham, cheese and a drink. Despite there being a full breakfast menu (this isn't included) Good points, the food (from the menu) and coctails were nice, good location. Large apartment, small complex, Bad point, beds are ROCK solid, apartment was basic, poorly equipped kitchen. No friendly welcome. Traveled with the family, children 9 and 11. We hired quad bikes for day and was so much fun. The water park is good and walking distance, boats trips were enjoyable. Locals are friendly. Small tip, on departure at the airport there is no water refill, you can buy 330mls water for €3.30 at the first cafe but go down stairs and it 60cents for 500mls. They basically hide the larger bottles and you have to ask for it! Pass this information on 😁…

Disappointed in myself for not reading previous reviews off this place, Please as a family do not make the same mistake as I did. The staff at the pool bar are the most arrogant , Aggressive people iv ever encountered on a holiday. I stayed here with my wife and 2 children, On our second day my wife went over to the pool with my daughter who was laughing while swimming. The Baffoon behind the bar aggressively screamed at her to take our daughter out of the pool and look for somewhere else that would not disturb people. My daughter is 3 years old and was in tears as this fool screamed at them. I won’t say on here what my first thought was when my wife and daughter came back to the room visibly upset, But I decided to contact my travel agent and explain what had happened and to try to be moved to a different hotel, I was contacted back hours later with a call saying these fraudsters had stated My wife and child were causing MASS distribution in the pool ? Unbelievable! I was then told I only pay for my apartment the pool is a added bonus so I could not be moved as the facilities I’m paying for (the room) I am getting full use of, I explore anyone with families or young children to avoid this place as other reviews have said , They should not be advertising this as a family resort…

Arrived here on the 19th September with my wife and 3 children, Went to use the pool for 45 minutes as soon as we arrived, No drama, No noise, Just 3 brothers aged 5, 8, 9 year old enjoying themselves, Spoke to the owners on the way out and away we went. Other members of our family were out on the island at the same time as us so didn’t attempt to use the pool again until 4 days later, my wife went to take the kids in to be told infront of people to take her kids to the beach as they don’t like noise in this pool. I contacted my holiday provider to be told that these jokers had stated my kids caused complaints and we left them unattended in the pool ! All to avoid accepting responsibility, AS IF WE WOULD LEAVE OUR CHILDREN UNATTENDED AT ANY POINT NEVER MIND IN ANOTHER COUNTRY ! These people are a joke, 10 nights stay we paid for and used the facilities once, THIS IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, Shame as such a lovely holiday location, My advise to anyone would be go to tisilivi but do not let these clowns con you into ruining your kids vacation…

I visited this bar/pool for food n drinks last year, made welcome ect, told my daughter about And recommended it 😡it so she could bring her 3 boys this year, however after day 1 of visiting the pool she was told the boys were too noisy and would be better off going to the beach as people wanted peace n quiet, to say I'm livid is a understatement my daughter was so embarrassed and never went back to the pool they came along to ours where the boys had a lovely week no thanks to the tom n John centre YOU SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISING AS A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE if you want quiet should be adult only, ALL TO HAPPY TO TAKE THE MONEY THOUGH!!!!!!!!!

Here now and sad to be leaving tomorrow (16th Sep). Eva and Yiannis are a lovely team and made everyone including us feel welcome. Nothing was too much for them and their smiles and professionalism lasts all day long. There's a lovely dining area and extensive bar by the beautiful poolside and everything we chose from the comprehensive menu was well presented and tasted amazing. Situated centrally it's been just perfect for us. We've already booked to return next June and can't wait.

The apartments are very basic. Kettle was a travel kettle that would not switch off itself. No toaster & no microwave cooker was a camping stove, no tea towel or cloth for drying & wiping work top. If you expect to make some sort of snack forget it. As for the shower it was so small you could'nt turn round with the most filthiest shower curtain i've seen water went everywhere it was rank. I would not stay there again they would have to improve it greatly before i went back. Its a shame because its in a great location with beach a 1min. walk & restaurants & bars.

Never again. Did not stay at hotel so can’t comment on the rooms but used the pool bar. Horrendous experience. The woman behind the bar was so aggressive to my daughter playing pool. You go on holiday to relax not to be made to feel bad. I’ll never go back there

Just returned from another amazing holiday in Zakinthos. Third time and just as wonderful, mainly due to the fantastic couple, Yanis and Ava who run Tom and John's pool bar. They are one of the main reasons we went back and will do so again! So friendly and hospitable. The food is delicious and the variety of drinks, including cocktails is second to none. We treat ourselves to cocktails most nights and they were amazing! The pool is always exceptionally clean and the staff keep the surroundings clean and tidy also. When collecting empties, the staff always ask if you require another drink and always bring it to you, which you wouldn't get in England! Thanks to both of you for making our holiday special, as usual. See you soon! Maria and Lewis 🥰

We have just returned from a 14 night stay at Tom & John center. The pool area and bar are fabulous, run by Eva & Yiannis, there is a chilled atmosphere and you can always get a sun bed. For use of the pool and beds, all that is asked is that you purchase a drink and maybe some food from the bar. Eva and Yiannis are friendly hospitable hosts and visiting the pool bar daily and in the evening made our holiday. The food and drinks are good value and the prices are on a par with the rest of the resort. The food is great for breakfast and lunch with lots of variety on the menu. I can honestly say that the meals are fab, Greek salad, omelettes, burgers, jacket spuds all lovely. I would definitely recommend Tom & John pool bar, for anyone going to Tsilivi that fancies a drink and something to eat whilst spending the day relaxing by the pool and for anyone staying at Tom & John apartments, it’s only across a small road. We will certainly be returning. The apartments are also good, beds are a bit hard, but on the whole clean and very roomy. Again, we will return.…
