Families can't keep away from the TUI SUNEO Tsilivi Admiral, thanks to its handy setting and bright, comfy rooms. When it comes to location, this place has plenty to yell about. It's five minutes' walk to a sandy beach, and there's a flume-filled waterpark* even closer. The yellow, peach and blue-toned apartments are scattered through gardens filled with palm trees and flowers.

I will give as much info as I can Positives & Negatives. We stayed here in mid May 2023. POSITIVES - FOOD - all the food we found amazing, lots of choice, cooked perfect. Varied dishes daily and all super tasty 4 star easily for variety, at every meal. Plus the cooking stations are kept spotlessly clean. I dont think we have ever had such nice food in a all inclusive hotel in Zante and this was our 5th time staying on the island. Drinks as you expect with an A.I. RECEPTION STAFF - all helpful and polite, happy to help you with anything, all smiles for our stay. TUI STAFF - Very helpful and understanding. SMALL POOL - a great shallow depth for kids. PERKS- FREE - Safe, aircon and wifi Excellent wifi signal for our full stay, no matter where we sat around the grounds. You can book a meal over the road with the admiral reception, this is included in your A.I package. The meal is at the Planos hotel, in their outdoor garden area. You have various themed nights to choose from, we chose Greek, which was nice, but drinks were at an extra charge. 30% OFF AT THE WATERPARK, the water park is a 10min walk over the road, through the sister hotel. The water park is half price after 2.30pm, along with guests receiving the above discount. ENTERTAINMENT- Day activities, there is something going on every day, water polo, darts, aqua aerobics etc. The usual evening A.I entertainment, Greek night, kareoke, multiple singers throughout our stay and the entertainment team trying their best. The male singer one night was great, he never came up for air all night, he sang none stop. Mini disco starts at 8.30 with others starting at 9.30pm. Vibe - there is a really lovely chilled vibe in this hotel amongst guests. Guests nationalities I'd say are - 80% polish and the 20% from the UK and other areas. Everyone having a great time on an evening and a chilled vibe around both pools. No rowdy or super loud behaviour, which was great. NEGATIVES E103 was our 1st room - run down, tatty, dirty, very dated room. Bed not made up for our child, on arrival. A member of staff did visit after we requested bedding. I had to ask again for a pillow and on day 2 asked for a duvet as it was cold on an evening. No spare bedding in our room. Multiple items damaged or not working in this room and we requested we changed rooms, to add - we had requested a walk in shower, this room has a bath. ( I know it was just a request and all requests can not be granted ) but I had emailed ahead explaining the reason for the request. I refused to unpack and visited reception on multiple occasions and spoke to the Tui rep. The morning of day 2, all damaged items repaired or replaced, whilst we were out - which is speedy. But the hotel should have been guest ready on arrival, totally unacceptable - multiple broken or damaged items, lights, door had holes in, air con damaged, mirror grotty, bathroom drain grill broken and sharp in the middle of the room, mould around bath fittings, air con dripping outside and rusty etc ( see photographs ) This is unacceptable. Tui advertised this hotel as a 4T. I would give this room a 2 star max. The evening of day 2, the paint and filler smell from the repaired door was unbearable, even with doors open. Day 3 we all had sore throats and headaches, rep informed. The door needed replacing not filling and painting - it looked like it has been there 20+ years. D109 is the 2nd room we moved into on day 3. Excellent we had a walk in shower, but again a run down, tatty 80's room, which was dirty and extensive mould present in the bathroom( see photographs ). I'd spent 3 days unhappy and complaining, I wanted to enjoy the rest if my stay here, as much as I could - so did not speak to reception about the 2nd rooms multiple problems, I really didnt want to be exposed to the smell of mould remover or paint again after the night before. Also neither rooms do not get any sun at all throughout the day, so if you are wanting to sit in the sun on your balcony you can not. CLEANING - floors in our room were not washed for the whole of our stay, only bin changed, fresh towels and water replenished the bedding was replaced once for our entire stay. Bathroom barely cleaned and mould grew further in our time here. There is an elderly gentleman living out the back of block D, unfortunately his dogs bark all night and I mean all night, so we didnt get much sleep, during our stay. Other areas around the hotel just generally run down, railings rusty and loose, paintwork outside mouldy, multiple sharp tiles loose and broken around the small pool, and on stair cases, large underground pool door hatch left open and unmanned on multiple occasions, for long periods of time, this dropped down 6+ feet, an accident waiting to happen, this should surely also be locked after use. Sun loungers - most have side screws missing, again a hazard for anyones fingers. Dirty floors, chairs and drink stained tables from breakfast and lunch still dirty for evening entertainment at the snack bar. When it rained no staff tried to mop/sweep up rain water, on multiple days, so this left big pools of water around the snack bar area, our child fell one day and hurt herself. MUSIC - Please Admiral turn the music down on a night, it's really not good for kids little ears. Mini disco just way, way too loud, children do not need the music so loud to have fun. Again with evening entertainment - its louder than being in a club, there is no need. Negatives outway the positives, rooms get a down grade to a minus 2 star from us. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired and general lack of attention to general maintenance of rooms and grounds, could have been resolved before the season opened. This was not a budget holiday, so I feel extremely let down. Pity as some of the staff's customer service skills are great and the food definitely a 4 star. Will we return - no sorry.

This was the perfect holiday for us, as soon as you arrive you are greeted with smiling happy faces. We got a welcome drink as we checked in which was a lovely touch, we then was shown to our room, the room is basic but that’s all you need really. It’s had a mini fridge ( wasn’t cold maybe just a chiller) with 2 bottles of water in, in the room we had a hair dryer & a safe ( you have to ask reception for the key ). When you check in you need to pay tourist tax this is €25 per room. You can get pool towels from reception which is €10 per person and it’s refundable at end of stay- you get fresh pool towels everyday when you had the dirty ones back. We stayed in A block- it’s around the side of the hotel and we was on ground floor - the only annoying thing is I got worked up by a bin or delivery lorry each morning, they was so loud & noisy but I don’t know if you’d still hear it if you was in a different block of hotel but that issue can’t be helped and has got nothing to do with hotel, it’s just where the room was I think. Drinks - The all inclusive drinks are okay but then again that’s what’s you get with all inclusive. Good cocktail menu and the beer is good, the local beer is Zorbaz beer on tap. They have non branded fizzy drinks on machine but still taste good. Photos of drinks menu are attached. Food- the food at this hotel is really good, best all inclusive food hotel I’ve been too. Something new each day apart from breakfast that’s the same every day but that is hard to mix up. Entertainment- the entertainment team work so hard!. The night entertainment was okay and the Michael Jackson tribute act at hotel was great. They had bingo on a couple nights which is fun €10 and the prize is money. Karaoke was good. They play music during the day around the pool which is nice & have day activities as well in or around the pool such as a music quiz. I highly recommend doing the half day smugglers cove trip- we booked this with the Tui rep was only €6 pp more booking it with rep but at least you know where you stand with Tui reps, got amazing service on that trip from the Tui rep. We also booked the turtle spotting cruise, unfortunately we didn’t see any turtles but was still a good trip again booked it with Tui rep. If you do a trip you can ask the hotel to provide a packed lunch for you - need to ask at least a day before you need it. The packed lunch was really good. I suggest buying or brining a snorkel as you get 2 swim stops on both trips and the water is so lush you can see some fish. I highly recommend visiting kaliva bar ( come out the hotel and turn right, about 5 min walk to the bar ). Such a great bar and on a Saturday they have an Abba tribute - the tribute act was amazing!! Such a good atmosphere- I recommend getting there early to get a seat as it got busy quickly. I highly recommend getting the “ fun train “ into Zante town or laganas or kalamaki, was only €8 per adult return, it left Tsivili at 09:45 and return time leaving Zante town at 13:30 so you got a good 3 hours to explore the town. Do not visit Zante town between 2pm to 6pm as everything will be closed. You can find the fun train at the main strip of Tsilivi- come out hotel turn left and keep left past the wooden bus stop. The fun train is opposite breeze bar. I suggest visiting fantasy mini golf - fun for all ages, they have 4 different courses, we had lots of fun. I had the most amazing massage at relax hair and beauty salon( down the bottom of the main strip about 20 minute walk from hotel) €50 for full body 50 minutes massage- best to book in advance before you go on holiday- they are on Facebook or can find number/ email on internet. We had the best time and would stay again.

Well where do I start . We had a lovely welcome to the hotel thanks to the receptionist with glasses and lovely orange hair she said go have some food before we check in because we was hungry after our flight and bus journey.after food she lead us to our room fairly big room with 2 beds (1single 1 double) plenty of room.lovely balcony decent size 2 pool not bad size.FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WHAT A BLESSING. I’ve enjoyed everything from doughnuts to the chicken a real nice selection and can go to the restaurant down the road but the buffet is just as good.best hotel food I’ve ever had they take real pride in the service when serving. The waiters are very hard working I take my hat off to them all they are non stop all day/night they deserve more break's.the area is perfect I suggest renting a quad if you’re a couple just to have a ride around 100%worth it .I would like to thank the whole of the hotel staff from the cleaners to the waiters to the receptionists amazing people THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR HOLIDAY AMAZING 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏻.

All in all our experience here was good .The food was really good and was always some thing different to choose from but the breakfasts were my favorite .The rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless with loads of toilet rolls given out every day and bottles of drinking water. Magda who worked behind the bar works her socks off and is really polite and should be promoted to front desk.

Nice, clean ,friendly hotel. Comfy beds, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer. Kettle with 2 cups and tea spoons. Tea and coffee ,can get milk at supermarkets. Also tea znd coffee and hot choc at all inclusive bar.Beach towels 10E. .50 min transfer on coach but 25 mins in a taxi and 20 E. If you need to be able to sit to get ready there is no mirror other than in the bathroom or above the fridge. WIFI not good in room unless near reception but didn't matter to us. You can always request one near by if needed. Warm welcome and nice staff work hard. 2 pools, strong smell of chlorine. Tsilivi and Planos merged into one large resort. 4 supermarkets within 2 min walk. Really noisy pub next door with live bands 4 nights a week, music was quieter after Midnight . Had football, rugby and F1 if you're interested. Didnt bother us but if you like an early night or have children ask to be away from the pub. Under flight path but didn't bother us. Pavements v uneven and high kerbs so tricky with push chair or wheelchair. Just off the main Road and strip that was busy. Loads of bars, restaurants, gift shops, crazy golf etc. Water park good fun. 6 big slides then sprinklers etc for kids. We did half a day which was enough. Bus into town but unreliable, 2 didn't show so shared a taxi into Zante Town which is lovely. Much more authentic and not as touristy. 13E each way or get the tourist train back which is 5E PP .check times back though as last one was 14.30 until much later. Bus terminal up on the hill. Nice cafe there though. 1.60 E each per trip. Hotel close to Bouka Beach but v narrow and sunbeds only for hotels on the beach so go to the right and walk 5 mins where room to sit on sand or rent a bed from bar. Beach needed a good clean. Alot of litter and full bins. But then litter everywhere ( bit like UK ) Cocktails 10E in the bars etc. Frappe about 4E. Cocktails in hotel on all inclusive were awful, but cola, lemonade etc all ok. Juices syrupy but this is normal. We don't drink wine but people said it was ok.You can pay extra for proper drinks or go to the pub or supermarket as we did ( budget depending) Entertainment was mixed, good some nights, dancing, bingo, karaoke that kind of thing. Food was fresh and good quality, plenty of choice, fish, chicken, meats, salads and fruits. Restaurant clean as was bar and snack bar. Was covered which was excellent as no flies on the food. Staff there also lovely. Beautiful cats seemed to be living at hotel, few tiny kittens. Mum cats very skinny and desperate for water. We were filling 4 saucers a day. We are animal lovers so actually take dried cat biscuits with us on ev holiday which don't attract flies. So if you also care for animals please give them food or scraps. They're very friendly. Greece doesn't run a trap, neuter, release program like Spain or other countries and there is no rescue centre. We didn't see any stray dogs though which was a blessing. Car hire and quad bike hire plentiful, remember usual holiday insurance doesn't cover bikes so take additional. Trips are cheaper outside hotel, shop around. Full Island boat trip for full day 32 E each inc bus pick up and return to harbour. That was on a brand new boat with AC. ENJOY. X All in all a good holiday.

We stayed at the Admiral hotel for 1 week in September, the rooms were as expected, could do with updating but comfy beds, fresh towels and beds made every day. Staff very helpful around the pool and behind the bar. Entertainment team were fab, keeping the kids and adults entertained all day and evening, really enjoyed the evening entertainment with bingo, quiz's and different acts. Food was brilliant, lots of different choice every day, deserts were also brilliant. Lots of shops, bars near by and lots of places to see around the Island.
