For the first time I went on holiday with my two grandsons age 9 &6 on my own just for a 5 ni break before they were back at school these apartments are the most relaxing , friendly place I have ever stayed at and I have visited many Greek islands . Rooms are good , clean with a hot shower , towels changed daily we had a studio for 3 and you do get 3 sun flow beds which are very comfortable. You pay £10 euros a night for air con which worked very well or the rooms have shutters as well as the patio doors to close to keep the heat out .
The bar is fab they bring you your drinks to your sun bed if you want or there are plenty of tables inside and outside the bar .
They do a fab breakfast my grandsons loved their sausage sandwich for bfast every morning which they said is 10/10
They also serve food all day and In the evening which is very good large portions .
The pool is large enough to do length swimming with a deep end for jumping in it’s temperature was just right and it was kept spotlessly clean .
The small pool is just right for the little ones and infants .
We took part in the Greek night with a wonderful feast of bbq food adults 20 e kids 10 e
The boys loved all the inflatables and toys that they provided for the children to share and so did I as it saved me a fortune having to buy sine to keep them entertained!
The village is less than 10 mins walk it has a selection of restaurants and very good bars including Malibu with large sports screens and a amusement area at the back .
The beach was lovely with the stone pier .
200 meters up the road from the apartments there is a lovely bakery which was fab for fresh bread and croissants/ doughnuts with a supermarket next door so you do have everything close by .
We paid 25euros to keep our room on as had a late flight home .
The only thing that still needs refurbishment is the childrens play area which I would recommend putting a couple of small football goals in but other than that would definitely return to the Rainbow
Efaristo and Yamas for a good time

Lovely appartments just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Clean rooms with the basic cooking utensils to prepare a meal if you wish and eat out on the lovely balcony. The appartments are 'quaint' rather than modern but I rather liked that. Bed linen was changed every 3-4 days but due to covid restrictions, the cleaning ladies only enter your appartment to empty the bins each day which seems sensible. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the pool offering sunny spots and shade too. Well stocked bar and a good selection of food on the menu so you can eat breakfast, lunch and evening meals here too. The family are all very welcoming and happy to help you make a plan if you want to explore the area. The only disappointment was a lack of hot water for showering in the morning...but that's probably typical of Greece and you soon get over it!
Arillas is a perfect resort for family holidays with its soft sand and clear shallow water. There are plenty of restuarants along the sea front and in the road down to the beach, enough for you to eat out in a different place for 2 weeks. I particularly enjoyed eating at Athina across the road..when I wasn't eating at Rainbow of course! The bakery just up the road from Rainbow is worth a visit for fresh bread, savoury pies and desserts and the little supermarket next to it is well stocked too. There are a couple of super markets and a few clothes/ gift shops if you like a stroll in the evening. 2 booking
agents for arranging day trips, several ATM cash machines and a few places to hire cars and mopeds. If
you need a return covid test with fit to fly certificate, that can be arranged at the medical center about 1 min walk from Rainbow. I thought Arillas was a magical
place, quite laid back with a bit of an alternative vibe.
The sunsets are spectacular and Rainbow appartments provided the perfect base to enjoy all that Arillas has to offer.

This place is lovely, and if my family isnt there it can be peaceful and quiet😂(were a loud bunch)
What has me baffled is this complex has the best steak ever. Ibe been here for a week so far and its the best steak ive ever ever had. It comes perfect the way i ask it to be. I can literally cut my steak with the blumt side of my knife n the food is pefrect no doubt. If you want something thats not on the menu, jimmy will go far and beyond to make sure its there for you, just let him know. An amazing apartment, lovely people and service. I would reccomend as i know everyone will have a brilliant time here

Rainbow Hotel is definitely a good name for this hotel. It is definitely a gold pot at the end of the rainbow. We were greeted like old friends when we arrived and became part of the rainbow family by the time we left. Jimmy and his family are fantastic hosts. Nothing they wont do for you. The hotel room and pool area were the cleanest ive ever stayed at. I even caught Jimmy's wife very early one morning spraying down and cleaning the sunbeds!! The food was also very nice. Wonderful breakfasts and you can even choose if its not on the menu and if they can they will accommodate. The children that were there loved it and it was like being at a second home for them as Jimmy was the fun uncle but he also kept them all in check! If I had one criticism and its very small it was the shower curtain that loved to hug you!! The shower was great and very powerful but the shower curtain didn't leave you alone 😂 all in all we had a perfect holiday and felt we left having made friends. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

My husband and I have just had a fantastic 10 day holiday at this lovely place. We felt so welcome by everyone. Everybody works so hard to ensure that nothing is too much trouble and makes you feel welcome. Almost everybody we spoke to have been year in year out and will continue to go in the future. The area it's self is also perfect, with a great selection of restaurants and walks. The beach was lovely, and you can hire two sunbeds at a fairly cheap price, this made the beach day comfortable and tranquil.

The beds in our room were a little firm for our liking, this however, is by no means a complaint and would not put us of going back again. Would recommend going mid-September if you would prefer a holiday without too many children running around as we were able to relax and enjoy some peace (not that we have an issue with children).

I must say I was surprised to read the negative review on here . We have stayed twice and each time have been met with a warm welcome and a complimentary drink. The welcome was extended throughout our stay from all members of family and was to all of the guests. The rooms and grounds were absolutely spotless and the staff work tirelessly to keep them so. Never ever felt pressured into eating there and if fact we were recommended lots of places to eat from Jimmy and his sons. (Although we did eat at the Rainbow a couple of times and it was delicious and very reasonable ) I think the reviews on trip advisor speak for themselves with regard to comfort welcome cleanliness ect and would recommend to anyone

We stayed here in June for ten days and had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The food is brilliant and Jimmy, his wife and family looked after us very well. We had requested a ground floor apartment as my husband has walking difficulties and we were allocated one, which was lovely, you could sit out on the balcony or sit out the front of the apartment on the table and chairs. The Swimming pool was lovely and has steps down so is easy to walk into. So many people were return visitors and were already booking for the next year. Arillas is flat so walking was easier for my husband and we did manage to get to the seafront a few times. We did not have a bad meal in any of the restaurants and there are plenty to choose from. If you want a bit of old Greece I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely return.

We were skeptic with everything going off in the world, but Jimmy and his family were brilliant. They honestly couldnt do enough for you. Iv travelled to many places and Rainbow Nafsika has been the most welcoming place i have been to. The food was out of this world. With the help of Jimmy he even set up a little surprise birthday cake for the other half whilst there. We can not wait to visit here again.

My husband and I have just returned from a 4 night break staying in Arillas at Rainbow Apartments. This was our first time visiting Arillas, but it certainly won't be our last. We fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived, and really felt so welcome at the Rainbow.

What makes this place so special is the family who run the apartments and bar. It was clear to us, a lot of people staying there were regular visitors, it felt like one big happy family and everyone knew each other. We were welcomed with open arms by Jimmy and his sons, Yanis and Panos and all their regular guests.

We had relaxed days by the pool and fun nights taking part in their quiz night and enjoying doing a bit of greek dancing after a delicious bbq, then sitting chatting away with everyone at the bar until the early hours.

We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and will definitely be back as soon as we can!

On a previous stay in Arillas we came across the Rainbow apartments.
The family and staff were extremely friendly so much so we returned several times throughout our holiday.
On returning home in May we once again booked Arillas,
this time staying at the Rainbow apartments, we can’t wait.

Would I recommend the Rainbow apartments, 100% .
