We had our third stay at Dimaras Apartments this summer and we are thrilled again. Danai and Kostas are incredibly friendly and do what they can for their guests. Whether you need help with the car rental or simply tips on excursions, they are always very friendly with advice and assistance.The service is excellent, our room was very comfortable and always very clean. We felt like we were at home. There are several restaurants nearby and a small supermarket which sells all you need. In addition, we can highly recommend Dimaras olive oil, it tastes great! We are already looking forward to our next stay at dimaras apartments.

The location is great, surrounded by olive trees and flowers. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with nice balcony and kitchen facilities. Danai and Kosta are very friendly and willing to help you! You can easily go to Gerakas beach (300 m) and Nikos beach (150 m). For reaching out other touristique spots of Zakynthos I recommend to rent a car. The property will offer free parking. You can easily find minimarkets around and nice tavernas with local great food. Altogether, 100% highly recommended!

Truly a great location to spend your holiday. Dimaras is located in an olive grove close to the sea. The owners are very friendly. One of the most beautiful areas of Zakynthos where you hear the sounds of the rooster, frogs and the blackbirds sing. In this time of the year many young sparrows. Dimaras is a great place to relax. It is small-scale appartment building, quietly located, the owners speak perfect English. In the neighborhood very good restaurants, all within walking distance. Across the street, just walk through the olive trees, you’ll find the lovely little restaurant Nikos beach bar with owner Janna where you can sit by the water. Enjoy your stay at Dimaras!

Fantastic place, endless views over the olive trees towards the sea. We totally relaxed here and the really rested. The hosts are lovely, the nicest welcome we have ever had in Greece. Danai and Kostas are always checking in with you on how your experience is and have lots of tips for where to go and what to do on the island and in the neighbourhood. The room is clean and the bed was great. We love it here. If you are looking to truly unwind, book your stay here. You will not want to go home and will definitely want to come back. It's also worth to mention that the beaches here are stunning and the restaurants have great food. Back to enjoying the views for another day before we have to say goodbye. Now go and have a look and book in your stay !

We stayed 10 days in this nice studio. The first thing was a really warm welcome from our hosts, Danai and Kostas : they pay great attention to confort of their guests, give good care and also good advices to visit. Everything is very clean (and stays like this, thanks to a daily cleaning of the room). In the room, we were so happy to find this gigantic bed (at least 160) and very good mattress : really perfect for recovering after long dives in the sea just a few steps away... Windows are equiped by double glass. The balcony offers a view on Olive trees, and the sea... Speaking of Olive trees, the hosts produce their own Olive oil ! They helped us to rent a car (that was delivered for us directly at the airport), which was good to discover the island. By foot, you can access nice tavernas and a small but efficient supermarket. Really great memories and good rest from this place !!!…

We stayed one week at Villa Katerina in July and had a great opportunity to relax! Since Villa Katerina is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, apart from all crowded tourist hotspots and all the noise, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. It’s an ideal location also because it’s next to the best (and important: not crowded) beaches of the island (Gerakas, Dafni) and 3-4 min walk to the small beach of Porto Roma, which we enjoyed very much. The property consists of two buildings in the middle of a neat and tidy olive tree garden, very well-kept by the hosts (garden as well as the facilities). The garden looks great and it’s very idyllic. During the day you can hear the cicadas in the trees (during night they sleep as well ;) ) The hosts, Danai and Kostas, are the best hosts we had until now. They are very kind and helped us a lot with different hints for visiting the island. We were able to save a lot of money on different trips by going to local spots recommended by Danai and start our tours there. It’s a great place to stay if you look for some relaxing time and still want to be close to the best almost untouched beaches of the island.…

This is a truly beautiful and peaceful place. The apartment we had was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed and was cleaned every day. The garden is lovely and it was a pleasure to sit on our verandah every morning and take in the peace and quiet. There is a small beach a short walk away and a supermarket and several tavernas close by. Danai and Kostas are great hosts who will do anything to ensure you have a great holiday and we will definitely be back.

Very nice place, good for families. We loved the garden and the silence. We were accomodated in an apartment, cleaned and nice. Hosts are permanently present and willing to serve you very well. The area, Porto Roma is the best place to stay on the island - closed to nicest beaches on the island, at 15-20 min driving from Zante. We Recommend the it, we come visit again. Aah, the hosts have on of the best olive cold pressed oil made from the olive trees you will find in the very large garden where the villas are placed.

quiet location, friendly hosts. The silence and the olive tree make this property a fairytale land. If you are upstairs, you will see the blue see. The property is close from the Gerakas Beach and the Rescue turtle center. Nearby there also some well appointed taverns. Theare a small beach near the property.
