Our favourite escape, been here many times. The hotel's calm ambience is the perfect place to relax. The rooms are comfortable with everything provided for your comfort. The food is excellent, plenty of choice and local dishes. Eating out on the patio is magic. The views are spectacular and the hosts, Nico and Sophia and the TBH team are so welcoming and made our stay once again just perfect. We have been to this hotel many times and all in all we generally have a good time. We are animal lovers and what most don’t know is their dog Brant is tied up behind the barbaque. He was in a state this year which spoilt our holiday as much of it was spent grooming and walking him daily. For this reason we, after numerous visits, will sadly never go back.

Having read the reviews on this hotel and having it recommended by a friend, when we visited in September we were not disappointed. From pick up at the airport to our return to the airport this was an exceptional holiday. Nicos, Sophia, Maria and Spiros cannot do enough to make your stay so comfortable. The same can be said for all the other staff at Trapezaki Bay Hotel. During our stay Nicos actually ventured out in a thunderstorm to drop us and some friends off at a restaurant in the village and even picked us up later in the evening. Nothing is too much for this family. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable you truly have paradise.

We returned after a four year gap to find everything was superb. Simply the best, with a wonderful team. The menu offers a wide range of great dishes, especially fish, and the local wine is very good. Everyone at TBH will go the extra mile for clients, and we have already booked for 2024. The pool and the gardens are immaculate, and there is plenty of space. Our room looked out to sea.....magical!

Very friendly family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Excellent position overlooking Trapezaki bay. Good food and very reasonable prices which included VIP transportation to and from the airport. Couldn’t have wished for more

Top service here with very friendly staff. Beautiful view and excellent cocktails. The owners are happy for day guests to use their pool as long as you are adults only and enjoy their food and drinks. The cocktails were top notch, especially the pina colada! Nice big pool to enjoy swimming lengths and some games to enjoy over drinks (chess cluedo etc).

I can only add to the previous fantastic reviews that this hotel has received. It is without a doubt the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. All the staff - Nico, Sophia, Maria, Nick, Effie and Jenny (and probably others whose names I did not get) were so friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for us. We had a standard room with balcony, which was perfect for our needs. The beds were really comfy and the air conditioning did a really good job in sweltering heat. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing - so much choice and the quality was first class and what a beautiful place to dine every night. The views are to die for. There are two lovely, peaceful beaches in walking distance (you do need to be a little bit fit on the way back up the hill) and also a couple of really nice tavernas if you fancy a change from the hotel, but to be honest we only did that twice ! The pool was beautiful and there was always good availability of sun beds, even in July. We did have a car for a couple of days, which the hotel arranged for us, but you could manage without if you just want peace and quiet and beautiful scenery. The hotel also offers really good value tours around the island if you want to see more. All this and the added entertainment of the resident cats and tortoises ! One of the best holidays I have ever had - we have already booked for next year !…

Like the majority of visitors to this wonderful hotel, we have been here several times before. The location, the views, the food and especially the TRAPEZAKI TEAM are all wonderful. People keep coming back here for a reason - it’s simply a happy place. The place is very tranquil and relaxing, with a great vibe. We have been coming here since 2007 and whenever we visit, it feels like coming home. The owners - Niko and Sophia - are a great team who ensure the service you receive is of the highest standard. A special thanks to Effie and Jenny who both worked so hard to keep all the guests very happy - serving us at breakfast and dinner. The food they served was excellent and dinner is excellent value for money. Well done to them and the kitchen team behind the scene. Special thanks goes to Maria too, who manages everything to keep the hotel running smoothly. Every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean - the bedrooms, public areas and pool are all reassuringly clean. Everything is just the same as the first time we visited here. Even Niko’s jokes are the very same as the first time we visited.. strangely, the jokes are still just as funny. Niko is a very special, kind and intelligent man who understands people and continues to be determined to ensure his guests have a brilliant holiday. He should be very proud of his achievements. This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. The service is perfect, rooms immaculately clean, and food fresh and lovely. The rooms at the front have a view over the blue sea to Zakynthos and those at the back have a view up the mountain. You will be met at the airport and instantly relax. Rooms are comfortable and clean and have everything you will need. No televisions but the views are so beautiful that you don't need a tv. It is a very quiet hotel, with no entertainment etc so it won't suit you if you like a lively holiday. If you want to explore, you will need a car, unless you are a strong walker. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk away but 20 minutes back as it is steeply uphill. There are a few tavernas within walking distance but, again it is a steep walk and about a 25 minute walk. Denis Taverna at the end of Trapezaki Beach is the nearest and very good. The staff at the hotel are all excellent and will treat you as friends. Dining in the evening is on the terrace looking over the sea, when weather permits. Food is cooked fresh and you need to be patient but then, where else would you rather be. Like many guests, we keep coming back to Trapezaki Bay Hotel and hopefully we will continue to do so. It is perfect!!…

Niko, Sofia and all the team. What was I thinking when I left it so long to return. Oh my goodness. Your hotel is my idea of heaven. The view from room 110 was outstanding. Sitting on the balcony in the early morning with my cup of tea, watching the ferry from Zante, was delightful. The room was lovely, clean and now with tea making kettle. Great idea. Lovely en-suite shower room as well. Angela, thank you for the lovely breakfasts and for my special hot milk for my coffee. Maria, thank you for all your help particularly on behalf of the baby tortoises! Effie senior and Effie junior, thank you for everything and Nic, thank goodness I taught you to make Kia Royal! See you all next year.
