Really good location although it is on a hillside. Near all amenities. We had B&B and the breakfast was ok but not very hot to eat. The rooms were spotless with great views although for some it is uphill and not an easy walk. The staff were incredibly friendly. Reception staff excellent, bar staff superb and the cleaners were outstanding. Really happy with the room and village but slightly disappointed with breakfast!

Very nice apartments, located on kind of private street with beautiful garden. Away from the crowds and yet close to both the beach and downtown. We were there for the fourth time and will definitely be back. Warm welcome , very friendly staff , clean and everyone a private terrace. Just great!

Just back from a oneweek stay at Olympia Village in Kookari, Samos and what more can I add that hasn't allready been said by others here. The place is just as nice as it seems - the garden is amazing, the people running the place very friendly and helpfull. The apartments are very clean and nice, as well as quite large. The town of Kookari is also a great place to relax and - most importantly - eat! Lots of nice restaurants - both along the mainstreet and the 'tourist-area' where they are located on the waterfront. Would love to come back - both the hotel and Kookari is a perfect place to relax for couples. No discos and nightclubs and that's perfect.

The position of the hotel is not particularly appealing, as it is very difficult to reach with the car and has no view on the sea. But this is not the strenght point of this structure. The service is very good, familiar. The people inside will treat you like one of the family, and are ready to help you in any way possible. Breakfast is prepared greek-style and always fresh. The finishing of the hotel is quite amazing, as it seems that flowers and plants are the passion of the women managing the hotel. There are flowers and pots every where and they are so beautiful!

We recently stayed at the Olympia Village Hotel and loved it. The standard apartment was more than adequate for our needs and was ideally located - a few minutes walk to the marina and any number of great restaurants to choose from. The beach was also only a couple of minutes walk down the lane from the hotel.
The hotel itself was wonderful. Mrs Malgaris was a warm and welcoming host and made us feel as if we were staying with a family friend rather than in a hotel. Our apartment was spotless and comfortable with a quiet outdoor area to enjoy the beautiful gardens. Breakfast on the terrace was a relaxing beginning to the day and while the food selection was limited it was delicious and fresh. We had no desire to breakfast anywhere else.
Kokkari itself is a beautiful village and our stay was made better by our choice of the Olympia Village Hotel. It was a wonderful beginning to our Greek holiday but our biggest regret was that we didn't stay longer than 3 days. If we are lucky enough to return the Olympia Village would be our number one choice.

We visited with our little girl who is two years old, and the staff made both her and us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was very nice; quiet, extremely clean and set in a beautiful garden. Air con was very efficient. Only little drawback was that the beds was a little hard for our taste and the wifi not good in the rooms.
I would very much recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a vacation in a relaxing and friendly environment.

On arrival we were upgraded to a superior apartment, because of low occupancy. Upstairs was the bedroom and bathroom, downstairs a kitchenette and sofa, as well as a nice place to sit outdoor under vines and flowers. The owners dog and several cats came by visiting us during the stays out.
The town center with bars and restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The hotel itself is set back about 100 meters from the main road and very quite the whole day and night.
We had breakfast at Odyssey Beach Bar (little walk down the main road) and dinner at Meltemi (go left on the main street!)or Mythos once or twice. All three restaurants served excellent food.

"All rooms looked beautiful but the rooms around the end courtyard seemed to be used by large groups together so avoid as they seemed to think it fun to run from room to room screaming and shouting in the night and early mornings.Luck of the draw of course, maybe ask owner, wonderful lady,to try to make sure you have quieter neighbours if you want to sleep in the hot nights!"
"When making your reservation try to get in touch with the owner and ask for the room in either end of the hotell, in the beginning or better still in the far end, to lessen the risk of hearing too much of the neighbours. Surely you'll get all the help possible from Madam Vassiliki (spelling might be wrong, sorry!)"
