Olympia Village Hotel is situated in the Village of Kokkari, only meters away from the crystal clear waters of Kokkari's main beach. Its six buildings are built in the traditional architectural style of Samos, making up twenty-two apartments, set around a lush garden of bougainvillea, palms and araucarias.

Really good location although it is on a hillside. Near all amenities. We had B&B and the breakfast was ok but not very hot to eat. The rooms were spotless with great views although for some it is uphill and not an easy walk. The staff were incredibly friendly. Reception staff excellent, bar staff superb and the cleaners were outstanding. Really happy with the room and village but slightly disappointed with breakfast!

The rooms were lovely. self catering so wasn’t so bad. although it was just strange going in to the room and not having any soaps, hand washes or any small shampoos? we didn’t have anything to wash our dishes with an the room wasn’t equipt with all the main accessories it did it would come with. Deposit we got back which was fine and the staff were lovely, i would stay here again as there wasn’t much wrong with it. the food was okay, the only thing is we went during the bee season so there so was sooo many. overall it was okay. i would stay again. just maybe not in august.

Olympia Village is an appartment complex. We have been for the 3rd time to Olympia Village in September 2015. The accommodation is very good: very cosy, clean, lovely garden and near the beach, very friendly staff. Olympia Village is a family business with a "personal touch": from d delicious breakfast with homemade cakes to self-embroidered curtains. The staff speaks excellent English, French, Dutch and German. From many tourists we heard that Olympia Village for years is the best accommodation in Kokkari, we absolutely agree!

We visited with our little girl who is two years old, and the staff made both her and us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was very nice; quiet, extremely clean and set in a beautiful garden. Air con was very efficient. Only little drawback was that the beds was a little hard for our taste and the wifi not good in the rooms. I would very much recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a vacation in a relaxing and friendly environment.

Absolutely stunning place - one room is more lovely than the next. Gracious hosts and wonderful hospitality. Could not have been happier - easily the best accomodations in Kokkari if not all of Samos!

On arrival we were upgraded to a superior apartment, because of low occupancy. Upstairs was the bedroom and bathroom, downstairs a kitchenette and sofa, as well as a nice place to sit outdoor under vines and flowers. The owners dog and several cats came by visiting us during the stays out. The town center with bars and restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The hotel itself is set back about 100 meters from the main road and very quite the whole day and night. We had breakfast at Odyssey Beach Bar (little walk down the main road) and dinner at Meltemi (go left on the main street!)or Mythos once or twice. All three restaurants served excellent food.

Beautiful clean accommodation, friendly helpful informative staff, sweetest gardener bringing fresh flowers daily ,tending and watering the most amazing garden whe we often saw humming bird moths and lozards, and treating my daughter like a princess bringing her Bougainville and roses personally every day! ! Only a short walk to an amazing beach. The only downside was fellow visitors coming back late and drunk with children who should have been in bed, waking us up shouting and chasing each other late at night. We catered for ourselves in adequate cooking facilities but with so many amazing restaurants so close it seemed silly to do so after the second day.rooms spotless, cleaned daily we returned from the Bach daily to find nightclothes folded neatly and towels folded into the sweetest of animals and designs, particular attention my daughters ones.Couldn't be improved except perhaps making it clear to everyone that some people do sleep before midnight so to be respectful on way back to apartments even if you are drunk! It was certainly a small piece of heaven on earth and we didn't want to leave,in fact my daughter cried ! We may be back, started to save up already!…

We stayed at this hotel in September when the tourist season was coming to its end so generally there was a very pleasant and relaxed and easy atmosphere anywhere you went on Samos and in Kokkari (best!). The hotel is really good and keeps fantastic high standard. Very well located, right in the middle of everything, and still away from the main street. So no external buzz/noise reaches it. The lady owner is extremely amiable and considerate. And she fluently masters several languages. The staff is all very helpful and ever so friendly. The gardener picks flowers or mint or oregano from his garden for lady guests. We had a two-floor apartment, in perfect condition, clean and tidy at all times, lovely decorated and up-to-date equipped. One thing was disappointing though - the closeness to each other - it's about one meter between the balconies or apartments doors, there is no privacy whatsoever as most of the rooms face the inner passage. You see and hear absolutely everything next to you or opposite you; it echoes up and down and to the right, and to the left. It's like a tiny inner garden, a beehive. We were most unfortunate to live above/next to a company of 9 people, spread in the apartments just under and opposite us, who used to stick (and sit) together at all times, starting 8 o'clock in the morning with a joint two-hours breakfast and ending at about 23 o'clock in the night with "one for the road". So if you are sensitive and look for solitude, the view (of the street, mountains or sea) or a parking and if you easily get annoyed with continuous chat from the neighbors - this hotel might not be your thing. A bit claustrophobic in fact. If you are not affected by things like this then this will be a great choice, worth every penny.…
