Just back from my third visit to this gorgeous & unique place. We stayed 1 week in the Summer House & the second in the Zanzibar room. Both rooms are full of character, very comfortable & the beds are to die for. My backache disappeared! Zakspitaki is the most peaceful place, quiet & pretty. Helen & Nicks hospitality is warm... We greatly enjoyed our stay at this delightful B&B. The exquisitely selected furniture in the Zanzibar Room was a joy to behold. Delicious breakfasts on the terrace with a beautiful view were unforgettable and Helen and Nick couldn't have been more charming and helpful.

We booked a week at Zakspitaki after a recommendation by some friends and they were right to rave about this simply wonderful B&B. We spent a little extra to stay in the Jacaranda Cottage which was beautiful - a spacious yet cosy two-tiered outbuilding with very tasteful French, Moroccan and Zanzibarian decor and furniture. Breakfast was served daily in Helen... More

We stayed in both the summer house and Jacaranda cottage. Tucked out of the way, the summer house is perfect for an intimate retreat and has a lovely outdoor /indoor shower where you can wash whilst looking out at the sea. The Jacaranda cottage is spacious and filled with beautiful details from around the world. Breakfast in the garden, gazing... More

We had a wonderful stay at the most amazing B&B in Paxos. We had the most brilliant time staying at Zakspitaki and were looked after so well. Zakspitaki is the most special place and we loved everything about it. It is so peaceful, rustic and quirky- we couldn't have found better! The breakfasts were delicious, even giving you bread and... Helen and Nick have lovingly renovated this old farm cottage and garden in the peaceful Paxos countryside and have 3 very individual rooms to rent. We stayed in the Zanzibar room, very spacious and thankfully cool. Furnished with antique furniture and a treasure trove artefacts. They think of everything; beach towels and umbrellas for both sun and rain, tea and... More

It really is that good. Thank you so much Helen and Nick for a truly fantastic holiday! We are missing the hill already lol

We spent a week in the Zanzibar room (which had more space than we expected), part of an exquisitely rustic property (but with all the comforts). Host Helen was brilliant with breakfast and advice about the best of the island, making car bookings for us, travel arrangements etc, nothing too much to ask; talk wine with Nick and see if... More

What a wonderful place! We stayed there for five nights for a mini honeymoon, and stayed in the lovely Summer House. The location and the B&B are magic and Helen and Nick are amazing hosts. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a week at Zakspitaki, following an earlier visit in 2014. Having decided to return to Paxos there was no suggestion that we would stay anywhere else - and this is from a couple who do not like visiting the same place twice. Situated on a hill near Loggos, a quiet unspoilt village - but with... More
