Ive been for afternoon tea on numerous occasions and it's always fantastic. Food is great (not just for afternoon tea) and the staff are one in a million, I've always had great experiences here! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a bite to eat on a day out.

We arrived in Saltburn "on spec" and were lucky enough to find a perfect spot. The staff were brilliant, the room spacious with a very comfortable bed, the hotel was clean and luxurious, the view was amazing. The evening meal was an unexpected delight. Every course was melt in the mouth gorgeous.

I attended this Hotel for one night as I was in the area on business from London. Fantastic room - I had a Deluxe Double - very clean - comfy furnishings - WiFi. My only comment would be that next door had their TV on quite loud - either that or the locked connecting door didn't allow for sound proofing....
