A friend booked 5 rooms at the Alexandra court hotel congleton, for 1st September 2022. Friends were getting married nearby and so we thought this hotel was close to the venue and it suited as we could be all together . I arrived with a friend around 1:40pm, the front parking was full but it was well signed for parking at the rear. We checked in and were shown our rooms, which were extremely clean, fresh and of a good size with clean fresh decor. The bathroom had a big walk in shower, toilet and sink, it was well presented with lovely fresh decor. The hotel itself was very well presented, clean with an attention to detail. The owners were excellent, extremely friendly and polite, nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was excellent, a big choice of continental and full English breakfast, cereal, juices and hot beverages available. So would I stay again? Yes ! Worth the money? Yes! If I have to give one downside, it’s the price of alcohol. Not cheap, In fact more expensive than city centre Manchester. That a side, a beautiful hotel amazing owners and staff, beautiful grounds and great for walking in to the town from. A massive:- 10 out of 10!!…

The second time I've stayed here. The attention to detail is beyond question. The building, rooms and gardens are just lovely. Such friendly person service too. It's easy to see the owner's pride in his product.

Superb experience !! Stayed for one night as part of a business trip and will no doubt be back. Lovely, clean, small hotel with a clear focus on customer satisfaction from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble by the site team - even though I arrived late and checked out early. Great breakfast - if only I had more time to take in the wider building and its surroundings. Highly recommended !

We attended a friends wedding over the weekend and needed a place to stay close by. We had Room 4 which was fabulous. Big comfy bed, clean spacious room, en-suite bathroom with powerful over bath shower. It was just perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was also generous and flexible in terms of timing. The food was also amazing. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and grounds more.

An excellent hotel. I found it reasonably priced, exceptionally well maintained, in superb surroundings - possibly the best gardens I jhave seen with a hotel. My single room was small but contained everything I needed - I found the winter weight duvet a trifle on the hot side, but that was my only concern. Breakfast was really nice, and the cooked part delivered really quickly. I would certainly stay here again if I need to stop in Congleton in the future.

Stayed two nights in a deluxe double room which was beautiful. Not a huge room but spotless & classy. All the staff we encountered - reception, cleaning, breakfast, bar etc are a credit to the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel gardens are beautiful too and our young grandson enjoyed exploring them and also the interaction from the staff which is often lacking. All in all a wonderful hotel that we would love to return to.

Absolutely spotless, immaculate, no scuffs or chipped paint anywhere, very tastefully decorated, attention to detail is first class, the gardens are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The hosts were so welcoming and clearly love the property and business. Finally, the breakfast was really tasty and sets you up for the day. I can highly recommend a stay at Alexandra Court Hotel
