Arrived to be greeted with tea and delicious chocolate biscuits. Very nice room with en suite. Lounge available to sit in for guests. Very good breakfast. Charming hostess. Went to Teesdale for supper which was very good. Would recommend for Pennine Way walkers.

Fully agree with Terry, everything about the place was of the highest standard and all three rooms were ensuite, as far as I can remember. We would certainly and do intend to stay there again.
