I've stayed in the Diamond Hill for more than 10 times over the years and I must say everything is perfect with this place. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating, price is very good, food is always delicious with good sized portions, the place is very clean with required facilities provided, super fast and free WiFi, great location with... I don't generally give poor reviews but our room was quite unlike the photo. The place looked in general like it had seen better days. We felt this as soon as we entered. Even the check-in was somewhat underwhelming. Breakfast was reasonable. This accommodation is a LONG way out of Waterford - I would not call it "close to Waterford"... More

Very pleasant welcoming small hotel with lovely countryside views set close to Waterford City. All staff were extremely polite and helpful ,room spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with a very wide selection of items to select from. A lovely family run hotel ,would like to return . Thank you to all of the staff who... More

Three men on motorbikes. Modestly priced stopover after crossing from Fishguard to Rosslare on the way to Ring of Kerry etc. Great pub only a minutes walk away. Benny was most helpful. Definately would go again.

Really nice proprietors must have been overwhelmed because there were spiderwebs in our room and we had to go to the lounge for wi-fi as the repeater on our floor wasn't working. We stayed in a range of 3 star accommodations during our recent trip to Ireland and this establishment seemed much less nice than the rest.

I loved this place! It was a perfect mix of vintage decor and comfortable amenities. My room was tidy and comfortable, with nice facilities. We were a large group and everyone was accommodated without any effort on our part. The location is just amazing and Mom and I had a great walk around the "block" down quiet country roads and... Enjoyed two nights at Diamond Hill visiting family in the area. The people running the B&B were very friendly and our room was lovely, being spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. Same applied to our en suite. Breakfast was excellent. Close enough to Waterford to enjoy the city but far enough out to get a bit of peace and quiet. Recommended... More

We had a beautiful room, large ensuite, and a stunning view through a big picture window. Lots of space it felt like home. The free parking was great and the drive into town was easy, there's plenty of parking in Waterford.
