This will be my second experience with a Gaylord resort. The first was their Opryland resort in Nashville. This property is every bit as elegant as the Nashville resort, but much smaller. The experience from all the staff was wonderful. They were very pleasent and accomodating in all aspects of our stay.

This hotel is huge. It's next tho the pier and boardwalk and that huge ferris wheel ($15 to ride).my hotel room was clean and tidy. They did have a raggedy torn up chair at the desk though. My view was off sir conditioners. Lol. Was on the 5th floor. Was barely in the room so it didn't matter. Was there...

Attended a conference, at first the hotel seemed smaller from the outside but like a maze inside, took me the second day to get my bearings how to get around. Almost felt like there was two buildings that attached to each other. Other than that it was a great stay, comfortable beds, clean, friendly housekeeping staff. If you wanted to...

I attended a conference at the Gaylord hotel and was very impressed with the hotel and its amenities. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to an atrium view room and loved it. The food was great, I loved the free Wi-Fi, the services checking in and out were great. The only thing that could be better was the bellhop...

I attended a conference for 4 days. This is a beautiful property both inside and out. The room I had was a inside room with a balcony overlooking the inside atrium. It had a great view of the indoor landscaping and the Potomac River that the property is located next to. No issues with check-in or out or the room....

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for two nights for a cheerleading competition. The hotel is very large and is at a beautiful location on the harbor. There is an atrium with shops and restaurants in the hotel and very large glass windows with a beautiful view of the harbor. The room was your average hotel room, nothing...

Overall this hotel is a nice place to stay but even at the discounted rate I paid for my visit, it was still over priced. Pros: very friendly check in staff and a lot of different activities to choose from around the resort. Cons: My TV didn't work the first night and they had to send an engineer to fix...

Rooms great except "green" water efficient shower pressure. Conference facilities were good and an exceptional AV staff who helped with presentation equipment. Was a bit far for a quick haunt into the Mall for those who wanted an hour look at the capital - but that's what an extra day is for. Very friendly & helpful staff. Warning - two...

The Gaylord National Resort was the choice of venue for a recent conference - the conference venue was great - good rooms, lighting etc. The guest rooms were well-appointed but the hotel itself was large and impersonal. I was intrigued by other comments about good service - our service was average to say the least. After struggling with bags to...

Stayed here for a convention in March with my husband and kids. Checking was easy and we upgraded to a suite for 100.00 more per night. I felt it was worth it because the room was really nice and spacious. The view of the harbor was spectacular and we watched the rowers in the morning while drinking our coffee and...
